Called and didn't leave a message. Have called before, sometimes with no message, sometimes with "we will vote your proxy for you"

I recently registered my home and cell numbers with the Nat'l Do Not Call Registry (I had done it a number of years ago but read you need to redo it periodically). I now seem to receive MORE calls than I did before I re-registered!  Not too happy . . .

This is a PUBLIC FORUM for reporting annoyance calls.
Simply stating "don't call me" or "leave me alone you fing losers" will NOT make it stop.

You need to register your number with the Nat'l Do Not Call Registry...and register
ALL of your numbers (even if the DNCR is kind of a joke):

Then you need to actually File A Complaint about these callers.
File a complaint for EVERY call.  Go here:

And when posting here, on this site, you should try to leave as much detailed info about the caller as possible, from the name of the company as it appeared on your caller ID, to anything else that may identify the business. If they mentioned a name or a type of biz in the call, was it a robocall? or was there an actual person on the other end? This is the info that helps STOP these people.

There are actual people working to clean these scumbags off the phone lines!
Just not enough of them. So it takes time and reporting the problem.

I keep getting calls from this phone no. And they never leave a message, which makes me think they are not a legitimate business.  Thank God for caller ID - I don't pick up the phone.  Just wish they'd quit harassing me!

They dont really say who or what it is they are doing and i got cought up in it and i am wondering what
Is going to happen now? Are they going to rade my account or what?  How do you get them off  your back
now that they have all your info?

I received a 'telemarketing' phone call this morning from a financial group out of New Jersey called Alliance Advisors (phone number 973-873-7700). Their purpose in calling was to solicit my AuthentiDate proxy votes for the proposals listed on the ballot as recommended by the board ? which of course is FOR in every instance. This telemarketing call is requesting that they will gladly accept your voting shares over the phone for the upcoming shareholder meeting. As an individual retail investor in AuthentiDate, I politely said no thanks and stated I would do my own voting on line.

Now here?s my take. I?m pretty sure AuthenDate did not sponsor this telemarketing campaign. In fact, it seems obvious that the investment firm who stands to benefit greatly if proposal #2 is approved, has a hand in this ploy. If I were the investment firm, If I were this investment firm, I'd probably being doing the same thing, but as an individual investor, this does not bode well. Great deal for them, TERRIBLE deal for the retail stockholder.  

So, DON'T get suckered into giving up your shares to this outfit. Tell them thank you for your time and say GOODBYE. Instead, go to www.proxyvote.com and cast your votes as you see fit!

I have been getting calls from this number but they don't leave messages so I looked them up on a different site numberinvestigator.com and found out how they were.
