I've gotten 2 texts over the past two weeks from this number claiming to be Bank of America. I don't even have BofA as a bank. I look it up and it's a cell phone out of Roanoke Virginia.
First they used 434-979-1702 and came from: urgent@boa.com
Today they used 757-447-9266 from: infos@boa.org
Obvious scams or phishing.

As the owner of the boa.org domain, let me assure you that the scammers have nothing to do with me. They just forge that address because it sounds cool. I have nothing to do with Bank of America, either.

I got a call from 973-881-8000 from BOA and I called they were not too interested either. But I think I put a stop to it by texting to 9999 and message SPAM net4@grow541.org you should get a confirmation from your provider that the caller is blocked

i got one of these text too. i called BOA but they didn't seem too intrested in knowing someone is using their name! i guess they don't have a fraud dept.to report this to.!!!!

I got a text message from this number. No phone calls though. It said U r g e n t. P l e a s e C a l l B a n k O f A m e r i c a @ 1-973-881-8000
I do have BOA but this is quite obviously a scam. The message was sent by infos@boa.org That's not their website address. I wouldn't trust this, personally.
