Just silence and then a hangup when answered by machine.  Possibly computer generated but registers on caller ID as a 'Joe Drory'.

Wouldn't you like to get a hold of this Joe Drory in person. Oh the imagination soars doesn't it? It's so funny that this is only number 978-254-2048 that I have looked up in a long time. This site popped up at the top of the list. I have never answered when they called but became curious and looked it up. It would be interesting to find out if they are calling random numbers or if they have a list of some sort. This phone # I have now is new and has been recieving lots telemarketer traffic in the last year so I thought that was one of the possibilties. Who knows?
Strange thing is, they are keeping track of who they call because mine have been going on for over a week.

I just got the same call and I am from Mckees Rocks Pa...outside of Pittsburgh. I didn't pick up the phone though cause I didn't know who it was and I normally don't when I don't know who it is. Probably nothing but I hate when I get calls like that. Thankfully I wont have to worry about it anymore though cause I am getting my phone shut off cause I have 2 cells. Don't have to worry about this s*** when you have a cell!

I got a call from this number 978-254-2048, Joe Drory, and no message was left. Whatever. I live in Pittsburgh, and have a cable modem for my phone, if that is useful to anyone. Called the number back within 20 minutes, and it was disconnected.

call from 978-254-2048 did a reverse search came up Concord, Ma. Did a call back and Number was Disconnected

3 times today.  appears as Drory Joe with 978-254-2048 number.  no message left

I've continuously received a call from this name and number but I always ignore it. They never leave a message either. I'm pretty sure it's a scam. Here is what I was able to find out: when I do a reverse on the number I get no address except Concord, MA; when I look up Joe Drory I get a Canton, MA address with at least 2 Drorys in the same street. This Joe Drory has the following aliases: Joseph Drory, Joseoh Dorory, Joseph Orory & Jospeh Drory and it has him as being 33yrs old. Bottom line-don't answer the phone.
