I got a call from this number today and all they would say was my name, his voice sounded faint, and there were lots of noise in the background.  I kept saying hello and he said my name maybe 2 or 3 times but that is all and just hung on so I finally hung up.  then I tried to call back but I could not return the call because it was and unknown number and not a good number.

Don't even waste your time.  They will not take you off their list and in addition, will sell or give your number to other telemarketers.  Also, the DNC list is totally ineffective.

A man called claiming to be a healt care company representative.  He had what seemed to be a fake Indian accent.  He asked questions about anti-depressants - I told him I take no medications.  He asked about children.  Then he asked if I inserted something in my va**na.  He knew my first name.  I called the number back and got a message that I need to dial a 1 or 0 plus the area code when calling this number, but I had done just that.  I retried it several times with the same result.

Received a call from 976313-5289, the man claimed to be David Johnson, I asked him not to call, and he began to call me a "Mother F**ker", several times. this needs to be stopped.

I have told this number to take me off the call list and was questioned on why. It is not there job to question me its there job to take me off there calling list before I use them for harrassment. If I get one more call from this number I will not be nice about it anymore. TAKE ME OFF THE DAMN LIST DUDE!

Before caller id, my mom would keep a whistle next to the phone and when an unwanted solocitation or weird call came in she would blow the whistle into the phone as hard as possable. This works well.

Did not recognize the number,  did not answer.  Looked it up and saw the same number already listed.

I do not answer unknown phone numbers, but this one did not leave a message, so it tells me that it is an unwanted call and I'm on the no call list on my phone, too. They better not continue calling!!!

This number is calling my prepaid cell and wasting my minutes, saying they are some stupid medical service for some crap.  They didn't have a name for who they are calling.

a forienger calls and tells me he is calling from medical services pertaining to yaz birth control...the call is unsoliticated for and i wish for the calls to stop.....

Had this number call a few times this year.  Always the same thing....asks for me by name and then when I ask what it's regarding, he gets all obnoxious and ends up hanging up.  Why is it so "cool" to scam people?

If you are using your cell phone, the Do Not Call list doesn't protect you.  Just keep reporting the calls.

the person using this number is the same person using several numbers that he calls me from, yesterday it was from austin and the day before it was from nowhere then last week it was from florida. i know this because my phone will tell me a state sometimes. Anyways it's the same man everytime with a really bad accent from another country. He refuses to put me on the do not call list. He claims he with a medical company but i can here other people talking in the background just like when a telemarketer calls. How do I stop these harassing calls. I always check the area codes of of unknown numbers.  This one was from an undisclosed location.  When I called back to see who the guy was calling, my phone would not allow the call.  All I remember was that the person asked if I was "first name" and noise in the background.

My wife got a call from this number just now (I did an online search for it to see if anyone else got it). They wanted to know if she was taking antidepressants for a medical compensation.  She asked how he got her number and what this was regarding.  He began getting rude so she asked him to remove her from their call list.  He refused, so she gave the phone to me.  He explained that he was trying to help women get medical compensation from a company regarding birth control.  I told him that her medical information was none of his business, and what he was asking for was a violation of the HIPAA act; if there was an issue with medication that my wife was on, that's between her, her doctor, and the medical company.  He insisted that he needed to know, so I asked for a supervisor.  I got some other guy on who kept interrupting me.  When I finally got to mention HIPAA he went "oh geez".  I told him if this was a claim of some sort, I expect to be sent a letter about this from a legal entity, not some schmuck on the phone who calls out of the blue.  They hung up.

I also got call from this number! Did not understand anything. Some pregnancy compensation???? and after this guy hung up......

some guy, called and asked to speak to my wife when I asked who was it, the guy hung up. my wife got a similar phone call from this guy once before, for a "Fake Check" and ripped my wife out of 3 thousand dollars, I want these calls to stop.
