I've been harassed by Express Scripts ever since my husband's employer was STUPID enough to get involved with them. The robo-calls were coming as often as every other day. I tried just hanging up. I tried emailing them and telling them not to call me. I filed complaints with the consumer protection department in three states. They still wouldn't stop. One of their divisions, Cura Scripts, even tried to tell me that if I didn't start ordering my meds through them, my insurance would no longer pay for it!

It got to the point that I thought my head was going to explode every time I saw their number on the Caller ID or answered the phone to hear the noxious voice of their robo-caller. I finally began calling their corporate headquarters ever time I got a call and DEMANDED that they stop calling. Every time I called, I was assured that a rush order was being put in to take my number out of their calling list. And two days later, I'd get another call.

I finally just began blocking the numbers as I received calls. The number that called me most frequently was 978-867-9754.

Your phone company may allow you to block annoyance calls, too. Try dialing *60 at the dial tone, and see if you get instructions on how to turn on call blocking and how to block these calls.

Express-scripts (Blue Cross Blue Shield's prescription line) calls from this number when your prescription is ready to be filled, or when your order has  gone through.

A phone number similar to the 978 ******* is the number that keeps calling my cell, my husband's cell. and my home number ...recorded message of course. Says it Express Scripts sending meds for a woman I've never heard of. I called Express Scripts to ask them to find out the problem and stop blowing up all three of my phone lines. Express said that because I did not have a member ID#, they could do nothing. I'm checking with the federal government national telephone fraud line on this mess!

This number keeps calling me for the last couple of months now.  When I answer there is no live person. There is a recording saying they are calling for so and so and my prescription is ready.   They HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone from this number.  I do not or have not done business with this company.  I did answer one of these calls one time and it was not my name they were asking for.  It was just a computer generated response system calling.  I emphatically told them no with each question but I guess they didn't understand the word NO.

Express Scripts drives us crazy with these calls.  We have told them repeatedly that we want email notifications, not phone calls, but they continue to hound us with automated calls.  There is no way to get to talk to a real person.  We have called them and spoken to customer service people at least 10 times to get them to end this harassment.

I hope you do discontinue this annoying practice. I know when I need a refill and know how many I can have. These telephone calls are a nuisance and I consider them as bad as a telemarketing call

Event Reminder
Express Scripts, Inc., a mail-order pharmacy (I-95 Industrial Center, 3684 Marshall Ln, Bensalem, PA 19020 and elsewhere) has begun to receive prescriptions electronically from hospitals, etc., which are ahead of schedule in eliminating handwritten, paper prescriptions within 10 years to reduce errors.  However, until this automated call service began, electronic Rx's were filled automatically, if eligible, even if a Rx was not yet needed, which, for me, meant automatic debits beyond my control.  I appreciate this new choice to fill an Rx or wait until I request filling and am sorry to read how many people hang up.  In some areas, Caller ID Name displays City and in other areas, State.  The abbeviation on my Caller ID is obviously for Massachusetts and, judging from the common thread "Beverly," I would say that the call originates from Beverly, Massachusetts.  No, it is not fraud and no one named Beverly is trying to defraud you.  If too many people hang up, I am afraid the service will be discontinued.

I often don't take such calls but I did for this one. It is automated and mentioned my name asking for confirmation. I did confirm I was the one but the second question about my date of birth if i want to refill my prescription with Express Scripts brought second thoughts.
I am glad that thought about fraud came to my mind that the caller id showed BEVERLy and not EXPRESS SCRIPTS. I just hanged up before I even realized I have enough and don't need any refill now.
I happened to check it out online to realize it is actually - FRAUD.
Thanks for those who posted something to get the message accross.
