I've been harassed by Express Scripts ever since my husband's employer was STUPID enough to get involved with them. The robo-calls were coming as often as every other day. I tried just hanging up. I tried emailing them and telling them not to call me. I filed complaints with the consumer protection department in three states. They still wouldn't stop. One of their divisions, Cura Scripts, even tried to tell me that if I didn't start ordering my meds through them, my insurance would no longer pay for it!

It got to the point that I thought my head was going to explode every time I saw their number on the Caller ID or answered the phone to hear the noxious voice of their robo-caller. I finally began calling their corporate headquarters ever time I got a call and DEMANDED that they stop calling. Every time I called, I was assured that a rush order was being put in to take my number out of their calling list. And two days later, I'd get another call.

I finally just began blocking the numbers as I received calls. The number that called me most frequently was 978-867-9754.

Your phone company may allow you to block annoyance calls, too. Try dialing *60 at the dial tone, and see if you get instructions on how to turn on call blocking and how to block these calls.

Boy, after reading all of these complaints, this is truly discouraging.  I have been trying to get Express Scripts to take me off of their automated calling system for over five months now.  Each time I've been promised that the problem is taken care of, with even a call from their tech department apologizing and saying I would receive no more calls.  Got two more calls this morning.  I am not nor have I ever been a client of theirs, and I do not know the person they are calling for.  This is VERY ANNOYING.  At least I know the number now and do not listen to the automated message when I see it on Caller ID.  But there must be some way to get an automated calling service to cease and desist.

They keep calling, and same line your script is ready. When I called the number back it said,Your order has been processed . We will call you again  when we ship your script. Thanks for the 1800 number you had on this web site, I called and was promised that my number will be removed from their system.

The problem is not that these calls are or are not legitimate, it's that there seems to be no way to get them to stop even if someone (like me) prefers to be notified by e-mail.  I didn't authorize these calls and have repeatedly requested that they be stopped.  But they continue nevertheless.  It seems that Express Scripts may have no control over their contracted call center.

We've gotten repeated calls from at least 5 numbers: 978-236-7571, but also --7570, --7572, and 7573.  Also from 978-712-3901.  These are all in Beverly, MA.  I tried to find out which call center handles them, but without success.  I've called Express Scripts customer service several times, and spoke with a supervisor at least once.  They have on record that I only want to be contacted by e-mail.  My online profile says the same thing.  But the calls continue!!  It seems about impossible to find out who actually is making these calls.  Perhaps we should all notify the Better Business Bureau in Beverly MA.

It's amazing that in this day and age, this organization can't get their collective acts together.  I spoke with a manager in October 2008...yet still get regular phone calls for a couple I DO NOT KNOW.  I really don't care that their prescription is being filled.  I just care about the annoying phone calls.  Get it together Express Scripts and give us innocent people a chance to get out of your system!

The problem with Express Scripts is that they have no way of verifying the numbers that their legitimate customers give them other than to call...and they DON'T do that until they need a response from said customer.

There is an elderly couple with a number one digit different from mine that I constantly receive calls for, and even after I "fix" it with Express Scripts, a few months later it starts again.

Either the couple has sent in the wrong number or someone at Express Scripts is fat fingering it.

Either way, I just consider this one a minor annoyance, as they are, albeit ineptly, trying to perform a service for their customers...

Received 2 calls in 3 days saying my prescription was being shipped. I called 1-800-451-6245 and spoke with customer service rep. She said she would track my number and remove it, after I threatened to charge the company for the charges to my phone. She said she would remove my number. We'll see!!

Computer called on the weekend to ask if this was the phone number for xxxxxxx?
Yes or No?
As soon as I said Yes, the computer said that my order of the 7th of March would ship on the 12th of March.
I do not belong to Express-Scripts a prescription drug service.
I called and asked that nothing be shipped to me.
The person who was on the line at 1-866-265-9455 on Saturday said I must give my name and birth date.
I refused and called again on Monday and was told that my number would not be sent anything.
I still had to give my phone number and first and last name.

Received calls stating that my prescription was being shipped that they say I ordered on March 22 - BUT I NEVER DID!! And that I should be getting another call from them for the shipping date. I tried to call them back but it is just a recording stating that the order has been processed. I am pissed off because I never ordered anything to begin with!!! I feel like my identification has been stolen from another source!!! What do I do???!!!!

This number is for Express Scripts which is a legit mail-order pharmacy.  The call is to inform that prescriptions have be shipped. Will usually leave a voicemail containing that same information.

Express Scripts is legitimate US based mail order pharmacy. They make automated calls about the status of your prescription order. Unfortunately, customers too often give a wrong number by mistake. These calls used to come from an 800 number. However, Express Scripts may now have contracted out their call service in which case the service provider could call for other companies from that number.

Express Scripts is my company's prescription plan so I can verify they are real.  I just started using teh mailorder service.  If they're calling you by accident one of the current subscribers probably put in a typo when they enrolled for the mail order service.

Automated call stating my last name, once I verified last name, stated order placed on this date will be shipped on this date...I DIDN'T PLACE ANY ORDERS!!  There was NO option to speak to someone, but my main concern is the possible use of other personal information that might lead to identity theft.

Several calls on my cell phone (using my minutes!) confirming prescription orders.  I do not have this service. VERY irritating!!!!!!! Thanks to the posting on this website with a valid # to speak to a LIVE person, I was able to get my # removed.  The CSR was not willing to look into this until I told him I would be billing his company for my minutes.  UGH!

Have been receiving automated calls to my cell phone from ExpressScipt advising my order has been shipped.  The household name is not mine, this is obviously a wrong number.  Called the 877.852.4060 number that someone-else found for this company to get them to cancel my cell number.  Was told by Patient Advocate/Mara that without the name and password she could not stop the automated calls.  I want my minutes back!

I had the same problem and called 1-877-852-4060 and actually talked to a rep. This number has automated features, but gives the option to speak with someone. This individual put in their system to not call again. So far so good. If you call 9782367571 or 9782367572 from a cell phone, you get the same message they leave when they call you from a hard line. This tells me that there is something fishy about this company. They probably switched their service providers and a lot of information was sold, traded and messed up. Hope this helps

This is a legitimate call from a US mail order company. Most insurances work though them for mail order drugs. If you did not place an order then someone must have given your number, instead of theirs, by mistake. They
are not spam or trying to get business. The company is: "ExpressScripts".
