Are you from Anthem?   What would prompt anyone to choose to go on-line to dispute negative reactions towards a phone call if they did NOT work for that scamming company??  How would you know negative reactions even existed??   Just sayin'.

I unfortunately answered their survey but now i receive calls 2x per week asking me to take the survey i have called anthem blue cross to stop the calls and they know nothing about it. there is no way for Anthem Blue Cross to help me stop these calls.

I got a call from this number 978 296 0999 also. It says that they just want to conduct a survey. The recorded voice asked me for my personal identification. I thought it was legit because it registered  as Anthem BCBS in the caller ID.  I hope I didn't give up too much info before it hangs up by itself.

I asked Anthem about this call, here was their response. I appears that the call is legitimate, but the mandatory nature of the survey is not true - it is voluntary.

"Please be advised that the AHS is a voluntary, opt-in health survey that members fill out to get a sense of what their medical risks are. In addition, it assists our care management team to best support our members through care management and support programs. Members are directed to the survey through the Welcome Experience that launches in late November.

Your information is secured and stored in a secure database and is only accessed by qualified Care Managers. Also, the phone number (855)863-0955 is for Anthem BCBS, adult version application.

I read these messages when I first received a call from this number and was a little reluctant about calling the number.  I called the number anyway and completed a short survey with Anthem.  I guess they use the information from the survey to enroll people in their programs.  I am a Type I Diabetic and now receive assistance with controlling my Diabetes.  Just wanted to write a different opinion of the number on here.

I also received these messages which uses a threat to your health insurance if you do not respond to theiir survey.   The KYNET folks advised me that the affordable health care act does not support/require any such surveys.  Although it appears that Athem denies any such surveys I did find a January 2014 Anthem Insurance web published brochure showing in the table of contents

" Anthem Blue Cross engages Inovalon to conduct health
assessment for members enrolled"

So who knows.  Inovalon is an Information Technology Company

I've received two of these calls on my answering machine in the last week. They had my real name (obviously inserted into a pre-recorded call). Their called i.d. comes up as Anthem BCBS, and the recorded message today implied that I'd better answer their survey as it was a condition of keeping my insurance. Really?! I don't recall agreeing to answer phone surveys when I signed up with Anthem!

I keep receiving a phone robocall from supposedly Anthem BC&BS (978) 296-0999 to call another number (855)863-0955 regarding a "required" ACA survey. With all the scams & identity theft issues going around I sent a message to Anthem to know if this is a legitimate call from Anthem. When I spoke to the Healthcare.gov representative, I was informed that there is NO survey requirement under ACA. Smells like...well you know.

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS SOLICITING TELEMARKETER FROM LOWELL, MASSACHUSETTS JUST WANTS TO AUTOMATICALLY SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR RIGHTS TO KEEP THEIR MONEY! IF SO, PLEASE ELIMINATE THE 860-295 CONNECTICUT TELEPHONE NUMBER LISTINGS!

started to answer this survey then got suspicious and hung up. hope I didn't give out too much info. s***

This one sounded like a scammer to me so I called Anthem Blue Cross to see if they were conducting a survey - they said no and I'm glad I didn't give out my personal info to these scammers.
There is a way to sign up free for a service called nomorobo to stop annoying robocalls. My problem is that my landline carrier, AT&T, currently doesn't support Nomorobo because they need to add the Simultaneous Ringing rejection capabilities to their service. I've called AT&T, as the Nomorobo.com page suggested, to request they help stop spam calls with this, but they don't seem to care and have no solutions of their own that worked (yes I even paid extra for one of their products that was supped to help, of course... it didn't!
SO, I decided to use AT&T's call forwarding service to make AT&T understand the problem a little better and I suggest others do the same.  
After I get a spam call I enter it into my "call forwarding list" (*63). The number I have dialed in for the call forwarding is :AT&T (Traditional Landline) Customer Service 1-800-288-2020
I'm hoping if they start to get the same number of spam calls I get - they'll decide it's worth stopping the problem.

I didn't answer and no message was left. It seems as though I'm getting more solicitors calling me ever since I signed up for health insurance through obamacare website, and they all have such a thick accent I can't even understand them. I did sign up for anthem insurance, as someone previously described the nature of their call.

Message said they are from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield calling to help me take a health survey. They left a different number for me to call back. (Yea right.) I ain't callin anyone for a survey I didn't applied for. Fake!!
