I received a call from this number as well (12/01/08) and from reading the responce above it makes sense I had my vehicle serviced at Mirak in arlington as well, and I do remember the statement mentioning something about a customer satisfaction call.

Mine from this number is from Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield...Very frustrating when they call without leaving a message - they call not only the house but the cell too...- must get the phone numbers from the repair shop - glad I didn't give them a work number too!!

Ok so i am sitting here typing this and sure enough J. LAURSEN calls my home line...i answered the call and there was a woman on the other end asking if we were satisfied with service we received at the auto dealer that just serviced our car.....i was definately satisfied and asked 'WHAT" this # was and to answer everyones questions: they are an OUTGOING auto dialer service who is hired by all types of vendors to check in on the service performed and they continue to call until a person is actually reached.  Finally I can sleep tonight.

who is this?  Got 2 calls today and no one there from the 978 365 9024 then i got the J laursen number 2x everyday to my landline....

just a headsup.....ITS MIRAK!.....had my car serviced there last week!.....just got off the phone with their service dept. to put me on "don't call list"...........good luck

yup. J Laursen........Checked Melissadata to find number to be a landline in Clinton, MA. Try calling back and its busy. Call me every few days. Boy do I hate these people

This number is calling me once a day. When I call it back I get a busy signal. Very annoying...I did recently have service performed on my car..it could be them calling

I called Mirak and they said it was actually Hyundai calling to check on the quality of the work you had done and your overall satisfaction. The rep also told me that they will keep calling you until they get an actual person to give feedback on the service. Hope that helps!

Yes,I had my car fixed at Mirak Hyundai on Massachusetts Ave in Arlington, MA last week and these calls started coming in. I'm sure they are violating the DO NOT CALL list laws since this is my cell phone and I asked not to have my personal information sold. You can call Mirak directly and ask them to stop at 781-643-8000.

No idea who this is.  Calls twice a day

Just received one call, which I ignored, and immediately received another, which I also ignored.
I have been receiving calls about my recent visit to Mirak Hyundai in Arlington from Mirak's phone. I ignored those and then started receiving calls from the 978-365-9024 number.

I actually answerd the call to finally find out what it was...i have had my car fixed recently and this was a company that was asking if i was pleased with the work done and if i wanted coupons for future visits.

this number calls me around supper time - no message

called me 3 times in the last two days. line was first engaged when i called back, or no one picks up....

got a call from this number on my cell phone. no message left and when i called it back i is always busy .... looked it up on whitepages.com and it is an unpublished number land line verizon is the carrier and it is from clinton massachusetts.

I tried to call back, busy.  They didn't leave a message either.

called at 7am on saturday, nobody was there when i answered. must be an autodialer because you cant call it back.
