Thank goodness for this site. Got a call from the number, rang once. Since I did not know the number, I googled it and found this site.

They called me at 8:20 am (CST), Sunday, November 15, 2009.  I had the phone on silent and was asleep then.  It showed up on the unanswered calls later.  I'm on the Do Not Call list.

Did not answer telephone. Do not know who called.

Just got a call from this number. Was about 1/2 a ring. I googled the number and found this site to check it out. I'm glad I did, but I never return missed calls. The Nov 1st. Report here seems to be from them too since they listed the web site and positive wording.

I just got a call from this number as well, googled and learned the above, so did not call back, and have no plan to call either!

Glad I googled this number when it rang once then hung up!  I usually call them back - so glad I didn't!!!

CALLED MY PHONE AND LEFT NO MESSAGE.  APPEARS TO BE A NUMBER FROM MASSACHUSETTS.

so i got the call too, called back without thinking about it and hang up once I realized I probably should not have called ....

So I called Verizon to check and see if I was going to get charged for this mindless call back ... and they were not able to tell me much .... does anyone know what happens when you call back?

one ring and appears as missed call on my cell. whatever I don't answer any call unless they let me know who it is first. No name No answering.

I received a call without a number attached to it so I answered.

Them: Hello, Bob?
Me: No.
Them: Oh, well let me tell you about this new offer anyways
[I love to mess with telemarketers so I decided to keep it going]
Me: Okay.
Them: Its a new..

Then they just hung up on me. 10 minutes later I got a call from this number.

Called last night rang once and then they hung up.

Recieved a call at 9:30am.  Rang once and then hung up.  Showed up as a missed call.

Received a call 0925 in the morning, 11/22/2009... did not answer.  My number 410-320-0017.

Got a call from that number, looked it up on google and found it was from Massachusetts, I know nobody there. Then I found this Whocallsme site so it reaffirmed my suspicions.

wow. so glad i didn't answer. and even happier that i hung up before it could ring. YAY

yup got this call.. interesting .. I too just gave my number to Yahoo cause of some identity theft.. hmmmmmm

same with me.  one ring and they hung up.  if someone wants to prosecute, then count me in.

I just reported them to both the TX and National do not call authorities...  you all should do the same.  They call people from 978 414-4149, let the phone ring once and then hang up, expecting people to call them back for a sales pitch. If this doesn't violate the letter of the do not call list laws, it certainly violates the spirit and is a deceptive practice.

Listed as a missed call.  Phone was in my purse when it rang, but I didn't hear it.  Unless I recognize the number, I never call back a missed call - figure if they didn't leave a message, it wasn't someone I knew.  After googling the number & finding it a scam, I enter the number as TELEMARKETER in my contacts.  This is the second scam number I've received (other 213-710-8109).

2 rings then hung up. wish that people lik this would get caught and prosecuted.  thanks fo the site. ww
