got several calls wont leave a message - tried calling back  - got the check the number - no longer in service

I have had at least one call a day for 3 weeks.
Called and reported it to comcast.
Put a block with Comcast two days ago but THE CALLS ARE STILL coming even with the block.
Called Comcast again for help.

Alot of good a complaint to the FCC is going to do but kudos to you anyway.
When I've received these calls, as is do doubt true for all of you, the voice always starts by stating: "WE are conducting a survey..." But who is "WE"...could very easily be a scammer. I've only let them get me to the first question (but I have not answered it): "Do you plan to vote is the upcoming elections, etc.-Press 1 if you do not plan to vote at all, press 2 if you are unsure, press 3 if you do plan on voting."
Hey you politicians out there: I am not going to vote at all because if this is your idea of a "survey", stop harassing us & remember that NOT VOTING is a "NO" vote.
Is it any wonder to you politicians why the American public is so very apathetic (to say the least) about the political process. And don't tell us that voting is a privilege that many have died for, for annoying & harassing "survey" calls as this make the lives of those who died to ensure our so-called "privilege" to vote a waste of lives at best & at the very least  a waste of time for the living.

after just receiving two more calls today.

Two calls a day for at least last two weeks.  Today is Sunday and just received second call from them...5:55 pm.  If someone was there.........I'd tell them "no thank you" but no one is on the other end.  I agree that this is absolutely driving the householed crazy.

Political or not, tax-exempt or not, annoying & harassing telephone calls from 978-482-000 are blatantly illegal. If these calls are coming from a political organization & if anyone from "politics" is reading these posts (including this one) think twice & many times over before you think anyone is going to be totally & utterly disgusted with the "political" process and/or if it is found what political organization is making these calls or on behalf of what candidate or party affiliation, then you have lost confidence is not only your organization, party or candidate, that it for certain will now be grounds for losing the confidence & all else positive with the public!

Have gotten call from this number which I discovered using *69.  When I answer there is no sound.  Want to know who this is.

I've had this one 9 times in the last 10 days. I just discovered that I could block this number thru Comcast by dialing *60 and following the instructions to block the last call.

This number keeps calling my house every few days

9 times since August 4th.  All times of day.

Three  times today!

I get this call at least once a day.  If I answer, as reported previously, there is no one there.  Today it only rang twice and then stopped.  That is an improvement.  It usually rings until the message system answers and then nothing.  My wife is very ill and needs her rest.  This in very troublesome.

I am recieving this call twice a day.  I have a little 6 month old who takes a couple naps a day and it always happens as I am putting her down they call.  No one is there, and when I call back I get the automated message!! Called my phone company and they told me they would charge me $6.50/ month to intercept this number, otherwise I had to learn to live with it

I just got called from them again, and even though I answered, there was no response on their end.  I remember this happening before, now that I think of it.  Who the hell are they and why do they call over and over?

I got a call from this number also, when I called it back, I got a this number is no longer in service message

This number has been on my caller-id several times over the past few weeks.  No messages are ever left and I'm trying to find out who they are, too.
