this number called, left no information. unfamiliar number so  I did not return it

When I call the number back I get this message:

Thank you for calling.  We are a customer care service center calling on behalf of a free publication you received or are eligible to receive.  We strive for excellence in complying with all laws and ethical standards.  We apologize if we reached you in error.  Please leave your name and all numbers you would like to remove...

If you stay on the line the mailbox is full and you are unable to leave any message.

Have gotten calls from this number twice a day, everyday, since Mon.  Magazine subscription company.  I have told them every single time to take us off the list and to stop calling.  Finally spoke with a supervisor, told her to take us off the list, stop calling or I will report them.  She laughed and said "is there anything else".  Asked her if she found this funny to disrupt someone's business with constant phone calls....she laughed again, and again said "is there anything else".  I finally hung up on her.  There has to be some way of reporting these people and getting them to stop calling.  If anyone knows...please respond.

Keep getting calls from this number wanting to give us a free magazine.  They have called twice a day, everyday, since Monday.  I have told them from day one and repeatedly to stop calling and take us off their list.  They said they did...and then more phone calls  I finally asked to speak to a supervisor.  She finally got on the phone and when I told her to stop calling...all she said was "Is there anything else".  I told her "if I get another phone call I will report you to the do not call registry since I have told you 8 times already". She laughed and said "Is there anything else".  I said "do you think this is funny?".  She laughed again, and again said "Is there anything else".  That's all she would say!!  I told her "screw you!" and hung up.  There has got to be some way of reporting these people and stopping this bull****!  If anyone knows what to do...please respond back!

No one is on the line when I answer a call from this number.

I keep getting these calls on my cell phone but no one responds when I pick up.  I called back and it's a message stating that they are calling because we are on a publication list we signed up for.

Got a call from them. I didn't pick up because the number is not familiar to me. They didn't leave a message.

I tried to return this call as they are calling my work phone at least once a day, leave no message and hang up when I do answer the call.  It appears to be coming from Salem, MA.  I tried calling the number back and it constantly rings busy!

Probably call center for Federal Times. Mine's got renewal reminder "covers" on the physical copy.

Got a call from them and didn't leave a message when I didn't pick up.

They called from Mass, but don't leave a message.   Recorded message sounded like call center but I have no idea what they were selling as they didn't leave a message.

Received call from this number, no information or voicemail, called back the number and received recording that it was a "customer service call for a free publication (I) recently received."  I just hung up.

Someone offering free subscriptions to a federal magazine; "Washington <something>".  His accent was so heavy I couldn't really understand him.  Probably works for a third-party call center.  I just told him 'no thank you', and hung up.
