I've been getting phone calls from this number. Many times I got hung up on when answered but today I finally spoke to someone asking me to subscribe to a local newspaper. When I was telling her that I'm not interested in, I got hung up again. Simply rude...

Someone keeps calling my home from 978-485-0530/0531 sometime using the title "Local Special", "Delivery"   They call 3-4 times a day.

Just got a call from this number.  It said "Holiday Special" on the caller id.  No thanks.

Called my house and there was no answer, when I called back the number it said that number is disconnected.

This among a range of phone numbers that  are used by insurance company investigators (under pretense of something like "magazine you might be eligible for", etc. If you have ANY sort of insurance claim (Workers Comp, Disability, auto accident, etc), you can be sure they are watching you and this is one of the ways they know when you are around. Whatever you do, do NOT call them back. Do NOT go to the gym if you have physical restrictions. Do your shopping at night. Don't go running around town shopping, etc. Watch your back.

I keep getting phone calls from 978-485-0530. I did answer a couple of times because I was expecting a call from an insurance company and didn't know exactly where the call would originate.  No one is on the other end, and the call clicks off. This has been happening quite often during the last few weeks.

Calls several times a day and always hangs up. When I call it back, I get a message saying that it isn't a working number. There are a few other numbers that call and it does the same thing, I'm fed up with it!

this was a hangup call on my cell phone.  Tracer says it is from Boston Mass, funny my facebook page was hacked by someone in this area but I don't have my cell number on facebook.  I called the number back and it says it has been disconnected.  Why all of a sudden are there these kind of calls?  Are they just scanning to see if they are good numbers to try and get around the do not call list.  It is crazy and I wish someone could do something about it.

I keep getting calls from this number daily, multiple times a day.  When I dial back, msg says # or code dialed is incorrect.  Check number or code and dial again.  Very annoying.

Yea, I get this number calliing me *several* times a day. (PS: there are other numbers too.)

I just look at the Caller ID, and let it ring.

I have been getting phone calls repeatedly from three phone numbers.  This is one of them.  They call in a cycle that repeats every week, for nearly 5 months.  When I answer the phone, the caller immediately hangs up on me.  If I call back I get a message telling me that the phone number is for a subscription that I have signed up for, and that if I have been called in error I can request that my number be removed my leaving a message.  When I try to leave a message the system tells me that the mailbox is full.  Same for all 3 numbers.

They are so cheap that they used an answering machine to pretend that the number is out of service.  bunch of morons.

I get a call from this number daily and they call my business phone..... always a hang up. I call back immediately and recording says # is disconnected. I am soooooooooooooooo sick of these calls!!

I received a call from this number and he said it was the daily news checking if i was still at the same address..
they keep calling since and leave no messages...
i think it is a dept collector  agency checking the address...

Got a call from this one on my cell phone . . . which is listed on the National DNC List.  When I answered they hung up.

GOT A HANG UP CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND WHEN I CALLED IT BACK 1 MINUTE LATER, IT SAYS IT IS NO LONGER A WORKING NUMBER.

This is likely a sevice hired by marketing companies to collect phone numbers that are active and that will be answered so that the service can sell the number list to the marketing company. Then the maketing company uses the number list to market magezines etc.  DON'T ANSWER.
