How do you make these people stop? It's some kind of "prize center". I hope I've won the right to not be harassed by these idiots anymore!!

I keep getting calls from this number.

Some Guy started out in a Loud voice saying: "YOU MUST HEAR THIS!"

Then it immediately switched to a Recorded message which sounded like a Smear Campaign against President Obama.

I had started to play the message back just to see what it was and deleted within a few seconds of starting. I heard just enough to know that it was nothing more than Mud slinging trash.

Get calls from this number with the PHD ID every few days....   I never answer it even if I happen to be home but really don't like being bothered to have to look to see who it is before I answer it.

keep ignoring this caller, called it back and kept phone on mute, wanted me to leave info on voice mail, could not make out the callers claim to who I was calling, no knowledge of any business with this party in the past, and by the looks of it, no intent to either.

This is really irritating; we get a call from this number about once a day.  Usually it says "please hold, all agents are currently busy".  What is up with this?

they are picking on me too so it is not just Idaho. It is annoying I get the same message when I answer so I dont and they dont leave a message is there any way to stop this stupid number from calling.  I have no solicit on my phone and this one still makes it through.

I have no idea who they are.  The ID says PHD but we don't answer it.  They call several times a day now.  From looking at these listing they seem to be picking on Idaho now.  Oi.

I get multiple calls a day from this number! It seems ever since I reported a different number for the same thing!

they call every day I was always at work one day i was home and answered the dumb a__ __ don't even answer when you call to tell them not to call cable company just tells me i have to change my number

978-570-2324 calls me daily and hangs up.  The latest call seemed like a transfer - operator came on to say "cannot complete the call now", so I hung up

So far, we have received two phone calls from this number with the same PHD caller ID and the same "we are sorry, all of our reps are busy at the moment" or something to that effect.  What is the deal here????

I am so tired of this.  First call today from this one.  Filed a "do not call" complaint on one yesterday.  If it's not important enough to leave a message, it probably isn't important enough for my time!

DITTO, PHD. I think its so stupid to pick up the phone and hear that " we are real busy right now and will have to call back  'What there doing is checking to see if your home at that time and they will have someone call back again to pester you ....for $$$$$$

Caller ID shows PHD. No message left. Caller unknown, 1st call from them.
