HERE IS AN UPDATED LIST: I have been doing a little investigating on these numbers used for  "Thomas Home Protection" , "Tom at Home Protection Services" ,
 " Tom with Home Security Group" and "Home Protect". The  phone numbers are most likely from some unknown telemarketer(s), pranksters
or possibly scammers. Here are some of the numbers that I have found that seem to be connected with
Home security so far, there are probably many more. Though occasionally some of the numbers are also used for other purposes-lower morgtage, credit card, test drive
a car, computer virus removal and so on, they usually eventually tie back into the "Home Security" line using the same number. Many times they will have a call Identification of   "GRNSEC".    You can do what you want but I am not answering any numbers I do not recognize, especially these. "Tom" or whoever it is needs to be stopped, everyone is tired of his speed dial calling all day long.

see if you wanted to test drive a car. Sometimes used the name "Tom".
323-863-7187 possibly ADT Home Security on this number, could be legit, but seems to be bothersome to some  none the less.

As you can see these jerks have a wide variety of phone no. to choose from. This list may be just the tip of the iceberg.
I suggest putting a block on all of the numbers here if you are able to. And adding any numbers that come up in the future
from "Tom" onto this site asap.

received three calls from this number this evening.  First two dead air followed by a hang up.  Third time a live person was on the other end.  I refused to answer her questions.  She treatened to call me ten more times.  Name on caller ID came up AED

i got a call from them at 9:51 est this morning....didnt answer

Matt just called asking if i'd like to discuss my mortgage and see how much money we can get back from my lender for overcharging me. I informed Matt i was not interested and to please remove my number from their call list. He then asked, who do you have your mortgage with? I replied that is private information and do not wish to share that information.

He replied: LET THEM HAVE YOUR MONEY THEN AND HUNG UP.  (freakn jerk!)

received two calls from the above number. did not leave a message called during my work hours.

received the call on my cell - saying "its not a sales call. you know thats exactly what it is - a sales call. annoying and cost me money.

Wanted to know who owns this number.

I answered it was a recording wanting to know if I was interested in protecting my family from intruders and get a free alarm system.  I just hung up.

I work 2nd shift so normally sleep late. Call came in from this number and woke me up. This is the 2nd call from this number. This time was on my cell but the 1st time 3-2-11 was home phone. I always answer telemarketer calls to waste their time. A robo message came on and told me do not hang up etc etc. I do not know the rest of it as I only listen close enough to hear what # to push to get to live person. When this chipper sounding girl came on she said her name and ask who she was talking to. I told her Alan (not my real name). She said "How are you doing today Alan?" I said " Real good, until you called!" I was going to string her along until she said the following (reading from her script) "That's good." (Big mistake) At this point I start to come unglued & said " You think it's good that you woke me up?!" She said "No, I am sorry that I woke you. Can I tell you about the promotion?" I said, "Sure, go ahead and waste my time!" (Click) These companies have no consideration for the people they are trying to sell their products to so go ahead and answer their calls and waste their time. As it is a robo call they do not even know who they are talking to.

I'm on a do not call list and I keep getting calls on my cellphone from this number. I usually hang up after hearing "do not hang up, we are not selling anything, there have been burglaries reported in your neighborhood and we can offer you a free wireless security system" but next time I'll wait to talk to a real person and remind them I'm on a do not call list.  I reported them to the FTC.

Like others I also get a call from them every month.  It is annoying.  It starts with a automated voice message first and then final if you decide to stay on a live person comes on.  I got a young girl ( probably underage) and my guess is chinese who had a very bad accent and was reading from a script.  

I am so annoyed by this company that I am willing to pay some other security company to install an alarm system in my house rather than buying it from them free.  Not a good way of doing business.  Just an fyi to the company....you cannot gain business from customer by annoying them.  Not a good business strategy.

My caller ID indicated from TSS INC.  But when I picked up the phone, there is no sound from the other end.  It has called me twice during the last two days.

Got a  call a couple of days ago on my cell but didn't answer because I didn't recognize the area code and I'm afraid of getting those crazy $800.00 a min. calls from Bermuda or Bahamas or wherever they're from. Yesterday I got another call but didn't have time to check the area code so I picked it up. I got dead air. Glad it's only Mass. and not Bermuda but still have to pay for the call. I opted out of telemarketers. What's happening?

Reporting to my cell carrier, can block calls from ringing but would like to have the game stop all together.  I will send letter to the company mentioned above  "Maximum Security Alarm, Inc. letting them know what I have to sell.   Hope this helps .... SOB's

I got the call from this number on my cell while I was in the emergency room waiting for an important call from a doctor. Burns me up!

I am sure this is related to the 10 other numbers that have called me the past two months. They call about four times a week. The one time I answered they claimed I won a free security system.
For your benefit don't answer these calls.

I got a call on my cell from 970-570-2418.  I didn't pick up. Didn't leave any VM.

Fake, scam, GE sold their security division to UTC a year ago.

I got a call from this number too, but this one said that my mortgage has possibllity of having credit refunded to me because of how the mortgage was processed.  The voice was a pre recorded voice that is programmed to different reponses if you say yes or no.  Another scam...

Call came in on my cell phone.  Recorded message.  Mentioned FBI and home security.  I hung up in 10-seconds.  Telemarketer I think?

Got call for home security system on my cell phone.  Selected 1 as if I wanted to accept offer and when operator answered, I demanded my number be removed and they said they would.

I got this call a couple hours ago.  I almost answered the phone since I recognized the area code as being near Boston where my son is attending school. No voice mail was left so I knew it wasn't from him.  I did a reverse lookup of the number, and it's a landline in Wilmington, MA.  Checking on other sites, this GE Security Systems is just the latest of telemarketing robo calls from this number.  There was a gap in calls from this number from Nov. to Feb. Some past robo calls were for "Benefit America", Voter Alerts, City Debt Solutions, and collection agencies for student loans.

I did report my call to Do Not Call and did comment that it's a landline being used for different robo callings. I'm seriously considering writing to the Massachussette's Attorney General's office to also file a complaint of possible telephone fraud based on what I've found.

Got a call today. Guy tells me many banks have written up mortgages that have now been found to be in error and many homeowners are due substantial refunds; I appear to be one.  Now, before he transfers me to the mortgage specialist he would just like to verify that I have a mortgage -- I tell him he tells me it appears I am a homeowner due a refun on my mortgage, yet he doesn't even know if I have a mortgage??  He says "I understand"  goes right on..."now so I can you give me your correct full name so I can be sure to give the specialist the correct pronunciation?"  I again say you don't know if I have a mortgage, and now you don't even know who I am?  He repeated the request...I asked if he knew my name.  Then he said I see, rather than make you wait for the specialist who has quite a wait right now, I'll have him call you right back, so stay by the phone it will be several minutes.  Whoever this is is trying to get personal information from people, and definately NOT paying attention to the Do No Call list

I just received a call from this number regarding how "lucky I was" to have a security system installed at no charge (equipment and labor). The fellow was hesitant in giving me the name of his company and I asked him if they know what the "do not call" list means and I was adamant that I was on that list and it was a breach for him to call me in the first place. The fellow spoke fluent English, and sounded like he's from the US, but once I told him I didn't want called any more and that often calls like this are scam calls, he changed his tone. I hope they call me again so I can report them to the authorities for the breach of the "Do Not Call" status of my cell phone number.

Continuously calls.  No one there when I answer and no one there when I call back.

daughter got a call from this number....and they said: Don't hang up and she freaked because she thought they said it was FBI.....had to tell her that if it was FBI, they would have gotten ahold of her.

Some providers let you block tele#'s.  Takes some searching of the web site.  Verizon wireless only blocks for 3 months

I have been recieving these calls daily, so, I notified everyone that has my number not to call me for at least a week, then I fowarded all my calls to  911. Guess what -----------The calls have stopped? I wonder Why?

I have gotten four calls from GE Security.  Each time the same guy was on the phone.  He kept doing his spiel even though I was saying things like "How did you get this number?  They only people who have it are the school nurse and my husband!"  Still he goes on with the Home Security Spiel.  First call, I made it clear I was not interested.  Second call, I asked to be taken of the call list.  Third Call I told him I would sue if not taken off the list.  He apologized that time.  Then today I got another call from the same number.  Did not answer it.  But the Federal government says you have the right to sue them for $16,000 if they call you after you ask to be taken off the list.  
FROM THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY FAQ:
The company must honor your request not to call. If they subsequently call you again, they may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000 .
An established business relationship with a company also will be created if you make an inquiry to the company, or submit an application to it. This kind of established business relationship exists for three months after the inquiry or application.  
If you make a specific request to that company not to call you, however, then the company may not call you, even if you have an established business relationship with that company. You should keep a record of the date you make the request.
