I just started getting these phone calls, with no msgs. If they want to reach me so badly... leave a msg!!

Valentine and Kebartis.  They are a collection agency - one of the type that buys old debts for pennies on the dollar and then tries to collect on them. They are known for trying to make you think they are an law firm, attorney's office, etc.; they are not. They have a reputation for some fairly shady tactics.  While they do collect for Dell, they also collect for credit card companies and others.

Call asking for someone that I have met...  I do not know their motive or intentions.  Just told them who they were looking for does not reside here...

Yep! Talked to a fellow on my eight hour drive to Indy. Cussed him clean out and I wasn't even mad... I was just being annoying like he was trying to annoy me. He hung up... I called back. It was much fun! I told him I had eight hours to do this. After he finally learned that he wasn't intimidating me the least bit, he started trying to be nice to me. I don't care. You get more with sugar than vinegar. I can't wait for President Obama to pass that bill concerning the outrageous interest rates some of these companies charge. Until then, Dell will not get a dime!!!

This is one of the collection agencies that Dell uses.  They are not attorneys as they try to mislead you to believe.  

It is all about pressing buttons to upset you to extracting dollars from you so they can earn collection commissions.  Granted they have a job to do, but their intimidation tactics are dishonest.

my husband got a call at work from this number and was told that it was an attorney's office.
