These guys are relentless. They have called an old roommate that I haven't lived with for fifteen years. They call me at work and our receptionist has told them they can't bother me at work and they get extremely rude with her. Just today they called my 73 year old neighbor and were rude and inconsiderate to him. How do I report these scumbags to stop their ham-handed methods?

they called for an employee and could get them, so they wanted the employee's manager. I told him NO, he could speak to HR! the idiot got rude after that!

they call me everyday too, for a credit card i defaulted on. i have my voicemail disabled on my phone and don't answer their calls. i made the mistake ONE time and the guy threatened to tell my job that i was "a loser that didn't pay his bills". Ignore them. they are bullies.

Call a few times a week. I just answered and said it wasn't me, and asked to take a message. He said he was Chris from Anthony Cambece attorney's office. I asked if she would know what it is regarding and he said "She should.". I have no idea, so he was wrong there! They can send me info in the mail--I do not give ANYONE I do not know info over the phone, and generally do not answer these calls.

They call my cell phone at least twice a day; nice thing I can block all calls that are not in my contacts; so they never get through; and they don't have my land line. LOL

These people will stop at nothing. I have not owed on credit cards since 1999, I was actually to poor to file bankruptcy at the time and had to move out of my apartment, but that was 12 years ago and statute of limitations on credit card debt is only 3 years in most states.

they call my work # and cell phone every day. I am sure I didn't own any amount, but they have my birthday date and my last 4 digit ssn.

When I called back it was for a law office... so I'm assuming debt collectors.
