They are your insurance company, they can call you.  DNC doesn't mean that NOBODY can call you.  The spammers are winning as is as the true robocallers that try to scam call my cell phone all day long.

They aren't criminals if they have done business with you, such as being your insurance company.  You need to be able to read and understand the words you read to learn the laws that govern such things.

They are Mail Order Pharmacy for Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans.  Many companies now a day force you to do mail order, because it is cheaper for them and is actually cheaper for you also.  They are mandated to call you and get you to switch your prescriptions over, or you could lose your ability to get your prescriptions.  No I do not work for them, but I get my pills through them.

They left a message this morning.  Yes, as stated above, the message states, "on behalf of Blue Cross".  My wife has Blue Cross and they stated her name in the message so technically they might be legit due to the "doing business with" catch.  I'm going to report them anyway.  We are on the DNC list and what they are doing is telemarketing.  I also don't like the calls coming from area code 978 and a callback code at 855.
