I just received the same call regarding Walgreens and Glyburide.  My local Walgreens store is looking into it, but doesn't know anything yet.

I just got the same call, but she didnt say what medication but said to call my local walgrens to find out.

OK I just received a call for my husband from as they claim was Walgreen's telling my husband to stop talking his prescription Gylburide immediately!! [for his diabetes]. He called the local Wallgreen's store to confirm this strange call, and they said they were goiing to call the mfgr to see if there is another substitute to replace this drug. My question is if Wallgreen's made this call to us, why didn't they send out a letter or an email to them to cantact their customers? It just sounds strange. We are going to continue to research this issue and get to the bottom of things.
