Call seems to be from my healthcare insurance provider, but it concerns me also that there is less than total identification on their part. Therefore, it is possible that this is a phisher. Phishing is the act of attempting to acquire information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. ...I really doubt the latter, but I have to be alert to this because identity theft is too common.

An ongoing investigation into the breach of personal medical records held by pharmacy benefits manager Express Scripts took a new turn yesterday. The company claimed the alleged perpetrator was trying to prove they held more records than originally reported.
The breach was first reported a year ago, when an unidentified culprit claimed they possessed 75 personal records of Express Scripts customers, including in some cases names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and prescription information. The culprit claimed they had access to millions of other records, and would release the information unless their monetary demands were met.
Express Scripts instead notified the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and offered a $1 million reward for information leading to the arrest of the perpetrator. Now, the company claimed, the FBI informed them that the alleged culprit does have access to the records.

I just filed a complaint with the FCC about these guys.
First call was an interactive automated system. It asked me if I was a particular person by name (I don't remember the name) - I answered "no".
It then asked if I was the correct phone number, I said "no".
It then asked if I could take a msg for that person, I answered "no".
It then asked if I could take a msg, period, and I said "no".
It then tried to UPSELL ME!! - so I hung up.
The second call was from a different number in the same area code. Same company, similar message left on my voicemail.
I believe that my informing the system that it had the WRONG NUMBER constitutes a "do-not-call" acknowledgement. I did not expect this company to attempt to call me back again after notifying it that they had the wrong number. Seems like an outbound tele-spam campaign to me, complete with fake event reminding.
They also call from 978-605-2850.

This is from Express Scrips they are my home service for prescriptions. I never answer these calls since they don't have their name showing. They leave a message & I call back. I think they should be told that they must show their name Express Scrips instead of just a phone number.
Thanks
Ruth
