I get his call too.  Same thing...he calls (can barely understand him) and starts rapid fire quetions.  I told him not to call back and within 10 secs he calls back...4 times in one night.  And again today he phoned...if I knew where he was...I'd love to pay him a personal visit.  >:(

I meet this several times. It is not a really phone number, but a random number caused by some net based phone, such as skype. Maybe it is your friend or someone make fun of you

Calls my cell phone every single day, at lease 5-8 times per day. only answered once; it was a man sounded foreigner (Asian or Middle Easter ???)knew my name (scarry); tried to sell me some drugs; I said no and don't call me again or I'll report this number to FTC. I asked him where he got my name and number; he answered me with a question;  I asked him SEVERAL time where he is calling from; he wouldn't answer until I asked him 10 times - said located in Florida.  I said Oh is that a 979 acre code and he said yes.  979 is in Texas, not Florida.  He lied. I told don't call again.  He said OK, we hung up, and then within just a few seconds - he IMMEDIATELY called me again.  I did not answer.  Now I won't answer.  He almost always lets the call roll over to my voice mail but does not ever leave a message, but waits a few seconds or up to a minute staying silent while my VM is recording (I guess so to eat up my free minutes - A**hole).  He continues to call every day, several times per day.
