Is this company is a fraud or a scam they asked me for 260 and put it on a money green dot card  and I get 5,0000

I just received a call from this number offering me a loan. I told him I was not interested and he asked if I have a wife or sister. I asked him why he wanted to know. He said "because I want to f*** them" I was shocked then he rambled off an address... Unreal.

You receive a call saying they will loan you money, but you have to pay a fee upfront?
That is illegal:

So all such calls are 100% scam.

i recievded call from cash advance usa .they people told me that i have approved upto 5000$ loan. they people ask foe me a co - signer nd i told i dont have so they people told me that u have show 200$ via green dot money pak nd they take out my money ...that is frouad people so dnt deal with that company
