Same people as everyone else is talking about.  They are calling my elderly aunts and harassing them!  What can I do to help stop this??

Vile creatin of a man states he is US attorney Greg Henry we owe money from a Cash Advance. Told us to go to Riteaid get a Greendot money dot card call him back with pin and it would keep the accoumt out of court.  

Not only is this guy a jerk..his accent is horrible...he could at least be british.

I received a call from this Anthony Clark person who offered me a loan which I should have known better. Why should I have to pay you to give me money, but nevertheless he ousted me of $177, which he told me would be refunded two weeks ago. Everytime I call the number - 979-705-5962-the person recording message of Mark Johnson of CashNey USA.com.  I tried contacting this paydayloan company and have not gotten a response. This guy or whoever he is is truly SCAMMING big time. Why cant' we stop them.

He called on a Saturday and told us that he was Greg Henry and an attorney with the Texas Attorney Generals office, that there was a check cashing issue and we owed $400. The connection was poor and very hard to understand what he was saying. I"m not sure how they get their money other than they have you call back on that line and it charges per minute? We called back from a Skype line so that may help us avoid unwanted charges? Don't know. But Google Voice has free lines too so when in doubt, get one and see if the call being made to you is real or scam.

As them to tell you your Social Security number, if they can't, or have some reason they don't, that is a WARNING SIGN. If anyone is suing you or actually has a case against you, or you actually owe them money, believe me they'll find you by mail. Even then, don't put your information in writing or send any money or credit card number back by mail until you are POSITIVE the claim is real. Do whatever it takes to positively ID the people asking you for money. If they say you owe something and you don't remember,  or recognize the company name, or recall doing anything they are speaking of, that is a RED LIGHT. Monitor your credit reports.

This person is a criminal.  Do not believe him.  He will say he is from the Attorney General Office and give you a case file saying you owe money for Cash Advance.  He is a crook.  He says his name is Greg Henry.

He called me and said I owed money from a online loaning in 2011. I'm disabled I can't get no loans especially those loans online I won't getting that much. He never gave me a account number or any info on me just said I owe I don't know what's going on. He called again and said the sheriff would be at my house tomorrow morning and today is that day and no one showed. I even called the civil court to see if any warrants were out for me over this and their wasn't any the lady told me that it is probely a scam. I can't believe he would try and do that it just isn't right. He needs to get caught. I could hardly understand his talking with his Indian accent...

Got a call from 979-705-5787 he said his name was Greg Henry from a attorney with the attorney generals office. I had to ask which state he said cash advance usa known scammers had a claim aginst me and if I did not resolve it today the police would be at my house in the morning with a warrant to arrest me. I called him and cash advance usa no good scammers and that would contact my attorney and wait for the police at which point he said good day and hung up. I wish there was something we could do to rid ourselfs of these no good scammers

This is bogus.  The person, Greg Henry, reporting this info and responding that this is not a scam, is the name used as the "attorney" on my scam message.  This is a SCAM!!!!

This a***ole called me today with the same story . He called me from 979 705 5508 . I immediatley after getting off the phone called the TX State Attorney General and they had heard of this guy. I also called the FTC and filed a complaint .

I received a voice mail from this number yesterday evening. A man with a thick Indian accent left me a message stating his name as "John Williams" and he was an attorney representing The Texas Attorney General's Office. He stated that there is a legal case filed against my name and SSN#. Being the curious person that I am, I have attempted to call him back multiple times today but there is never anyone to answer, each time I get an almost immediate return call from what must be a mobile number because we have terrible connection. He actually had some real information about my finances. Funny part is that although he is a "Certified Attorney for the Attorney General's Office" he doesn't actually know the Attorney General's name nor does he have any information about the office....I explained to him (the best that I could given the terrible connection) that my Wife actually worked for the Texas Attorney General's Office and I will have her "dig in" to the information. I've not received another call from him since....OH, By the way.... "Greg Henry" your English Really SUCKS! What a Moron....

A man named Greg Henry called and said he worked for the state said I owed $400.00 from 2009.  It was a cash loan.  This is totally a scam.  We called our sheriff's department and they confirmed it was a scam.  Mr. Henry...you might be the one being arrested!  We are pressing charges against YOU.

I had resived a call from this Greg Henry guy yesturday and I had gone the the police and he called me when i was talk to the officer and i haded my phone over to the officer and he even lied to the officer and they talked for about an half and hour and sents then he has not called me if I could go after this guy i would he had me in almost asmtha attack and i coud have gone in to labor and i am only 23 week along i wish this guy a painfull life and hope that he suffer.

Please give an update on this. I have had these people calling my home and my job, they have a accent that sounds like from India . There are three of them that have called. One is a nasty lady and the other two are men.they all claim that they are going to charge me with fraud and other crazy felonies. Isn't this against the law.? Also can they be charged with impersonating a officer?

    Received phone call from a person with a strong indian/pacastani accent.  He said his name was officer Craig Henry and that I was in mortal danger.  This call was on my answering log after I had hung-up on him from a call five minutes earlier.  I reported this to my local police department and the police officer listened to the call and took the phone number that the caller gave on the call as 979-705-5787.  It was a mean and threatening call. The officer said that the call was a scam and that he would call the number to investigate it.

An officer just left my house from me reporting Mr. Greg Henry and this number!!!! First off you can NOT have a warrent placed out for your arrest or go to jail for a debt!!!! Yes, they could Sue you but ONLY if it was a true debt that belonged to you!!! They have to provide you with proof of any said debt they are claiming you owe when asked and NOT in court either!!!! You would also receive statements and information or bills prior to getting phone calls like this!! Corrections you would never get phone calls like this from a legit company!!!              THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY AND GO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AT YOUR BANK!!!

Stating I was in a big legal mess for fraud and for me not to ignore the information. They said they knew I had a good background and were giving me one last chance to pay a 400 dollar cah advance back before they had me arrested in the morning. He proceeded to say he knew I was a single mother and I should just take care of this so I would not have the added attorney and court fees. I informed him I did not have any said buisness with cash advance and ask for proof, he said I could see it at the court house after I was arrested! I went straight to my bank!! I had them double check my account to make sure there had been no error and a deposit made by mistake, which there had not been then we closed my account!! I also called Greg Henry back and said can you give me a date when this alleged transaction took place? He informed me he didnt have to give a date just the year. I proceeded to inform him that if he did not give me a date I would be hanging up and calling my police station!! He started screaming at me I hung up!!!!!!! DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!!! CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE AND REPORT THEM!!!!!!!!!

I just received a call from this number about going to court for unpaid on-line cash advance loan.  I've never taken out an advance cash loan.  But what bothers me, the "So Claim" officer had my SSN.  What law enforcement can I report this scam?
