I recieved a phone call from an INDIAN accent lady claiming she was going to SUE me if i didnt pay her Money, I dont remember the exact amount but it was under $1000.00 She threatened to get me arrested and all kinds of threats! She Would not give me any information about the company or anything, She just kept beating around the bush! DONT FALL FOR IT, I tried to call the police to find out what i could do, and obvious what ever police officer i got turned it around on me! SO IF THESE ARE TERRORISTS! I am sorry but I know america has gone nuts! These people friggin sound like there from iraq and im  am scared for our country because if i am calling and reporting an iraq accented person and your gonna sit there and tell me i am probley just paranoid with all the war HYPE!!! HELLOO WAKE UP AMERICA! SOMTHING IS NOT RIGHT HERE! I also tried getting ahold of the FBI and they didnt answer so i left a message. whatever!

I got several calls from this number telling me he was with the "state investigation dept" and I was in big trouble. He said there was legal matters with my name and social security number was on hold with the government. When I called the number back they Hung up on me. They called back several minutes later and my 11 year old son answered. The guy got rude when my son asked what this was reguarding. The guy on the phone all of a sudden no longer had a thick accent. He told my son to suck his ****. Then asked him if my son had a ****. My son immediately gave me the phone. When I questioned him on who he was and what company he worked for, there was more perverse statements made. I don't know who this is but something needs to be done about it.

Down here in Hawaii, we are also receiving call such as these as well. They called me and threatened to sue me if I don't pay my debt of $450.00 which I supposedly loaned from cash advance and did not pay back (so not true). So I asked for the name of the guy I was speaking which he said his name is  George Wahsington along with the company name and they claimed they were the Carlson law firm. I then called the real Carlson Law firm and asked of they had a George Washington working with them. They told me it was a scam. Ticked of, I call the scammers back and asked the fake George Washington if his stupid mother and stupid father taught him anything. That made him so mad, he hung up and called me with different numbers and threatening me. He even called me through an 808 (Hawaii area code) numbers. Including my employee number.

good way to handle this is if you take the call they are threatening and very mean,  telling me I am going to be arrested at my job.  I used to fall for this but now I just let them leave the message,  when i call back I tell them that I am at the State Attorney Generals office and that they would like to speak with him for a moment.  they hang up.  I have not gotten a call in months now.

i received a call from 979-871-8770. i do not know the number and they tried to scam me out of money

Numorous calls from these poeple telling me they put $439.00 in my Acc and they were sueing me for it. My Bank is watching my acc#. Crazy world we live in. I didn't fall for it but I'm sure alot of poeple will- so sad.

I got a call from this number wanting to speak to someone that used to own my phone number 3 years ago i told them they had the wrong phone number, they cursed me out saying suck his d**k and f**k you and started playing on my phone, they also said they are from the Carlson Lawfirm, but wouldnt tell me where they were located or let me talk to a supervisor, thats when i called the Carlson Lawfirm in Texas and they said it is a scam.

I received a call from these fools saying the exact same thing.  "Sir it ees een your vetty best interest to call us bock or otherwise i will wish you thee vetty best or you will be in severe troubles!"  So imagine, as a law enforcement officer, the first thing I did was call them back and ask to speak to the "big guy" that left a message on my cell phone threatening my livelihood and how they got my number.  They had no definite answer so I asked them what the call was about.  They stated someone used my social security number to obtain funds.  I told them this was the first time i had ever heard of them and to give me the information that they had and I would turn it over to my check and fraud unit and be sure to get the information of the individual that is causing you all of this grief.  Utter silence on the other end of the phone at this point...then static and "Sir...have you an attorney?!"  "A couple!" I said.  Then i told them I was an officer and was only trying to help and he became irate and eventually hung up.  Don't give these clowns anything they ask for.  Their threats are empty and they will be tracked down and stopped.

I have been getting a call from this number from a while. After he left me barely understandable threatening messages Saying I would be arrested and my wages garnished and I told him he was full of s***.
, I finally figured out how to stop this guy. 1)  BLAST HEAVY METAL INTO THE PHONE WHEN HE CALLS
2) if he calls again say "this call is being recorded for quality and training purposes" and he will leave you alone.
I have no idea where they got all my correct information as my social and who I bank with but I have filed many complaints against this guy and will continue to do so as he still continues to call.

*he went as far as to call my work phone and leave a threatening voice mail. he is a fraud and a bully and needs to be stopped before people are scammed.

This indian called talking about im going to be prosecuted and sent to jail and alsobloose my job if I dont pay back a koan I took out for 700 on nov 2011. These people got my acct number and bank name and also new where I work. Im going to the police and changing my acct. I called them back and cursed thrm out he talking he gonna call the police bc I was harrassing him. Foid thing I googled this number.

i recieved the same phone call today 5/1/12, they had all my info scary actually, it was the cashnet internet loan thing. they hung up on me. haha

this are idiot making calls with Magic Jack... they are calling from several different numbers and trying to get personal information. the scary thing is some people fall for it and give their info... blow a whistle in their ears

They have been pulling this Scam for over a year. I refuse to change my number for awhile they quit, we are not very politically correct with them..  and call them back over and over again and harass back. they told us once they were going to call the police on us,, we gave them the number......they use Magic Jack to place the calls and even leave messages with other peoples phone numbers for you to call... the number that seems to go to them is 646-597-8189 be sure an block your number if you call....

I received the exact same call over the weekend at my office.  Some "Officer so and so".  I could hardly understand what he was saying...Something about a lawsuit being filed against me...I'm in big trouble (big trouble seems to be one of his favorite lines from all the entries before mine) and that this lawsuit was in connection with my social security number.

Every thing you all wrote goes for me. The think the are Americans with the names they use. But they r Indian. They need to be arrested. I have reported them to everyone I can think of and then some. They are sick people and need to be sent to Jail.

We have received multiple calls from this indivual over 2 years time. Today we received a total of 13 calls in 1 day. they would not give their name but threatened an employee was supposedly used as an reference on a loan application from another employee who hasn't even worked here in over 9 months.

I got a similar call yesterday and it is of course a very middle eastern accent.  I didn't understand how the f*** he got my SSN#.  At first, it was a lady and then when I refused to give her the details, she said she would transfer the call to her boss.  This boss again said the same thing about a law-suit against me.  When I asked him to send me a mail and my attorney would respond to it, he reufused and told that he shall see me in the law court.  I hung up.

They are calling me over and over with different numbers so. so activating don't know what to.

Glad i saw all the above comments and know this is a scam of some kind.  Very thick accent on this caller who was a woman.  Couldn't understand the message at all.

Received 2 phone calls from this number.  Daniel Luter is the name the man gives...it is difficult to understand him because he has a very thick accent.  Claims there is a lawsuit against my SS #.  I or my attorney should call him back...and do not attempt to ignore this call.
