There is a very quick way to get rid of these clowns. Just tell them to send you the money by "Western Union". Better known as CASH. Your phone call will be short.

I got a call from unknown when answered said his name was Jeffrey Parker. Said he wanted to send me a substantial amount of money and needed my direct deposit information. I told him I knew it was a scam and I was not giving him anything. Asked him to cease and desist, he kept trying to say it was legit. I told him if he called one more time I would report him to the FCC, FBI and my state / local authorities. No calls again so far.

We have a business and Anthony Boyd has continued to call for one straight week every day for multiple hours at a time insisting that our employee owes him money thru a cash advance company.  This is fraud and nothing legit about it.  He calls all 4 of our phone lines for at least 3 hours at a time.  The state police cant or wouldnt do anything about it.  He screamed at me today and called me a liar at the top of his lungs.  Wouldnt go away. I see all these posts about pretty much the same thing happening to other businesses.  My question is how did you get rid of him or over time he finally gave up.  I need all the assisitance I can get with this cause he is driving me and my coworkers nuts.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

KEEPS CALLING MY JOB ASKING FOR MY SS# AND THREATENING WITH LEGAL ACTION.  I AM NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE PERSONAL CALLS AT WORK AND HE REFUSES TO CALL ME AT HOME, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE MY NUMBER

This number call me I thought it was a debt collectors so like a big dummy I sent them money until my son said to me mom stop sending money but that didn't end there they still call me and ya every time I call they hang  up try to get my money back wish there was a  way to get to these guys.

Just had a bright idea about these idiots.  Maybe we should give them the number to FCC as our work number.  That may stop this.

this idiot has been calling my home phone for 2 days straight every 20 seconds.  From what i could understand, he claims i owed money from cash advance.  Called my phone provider and blocked the number.  Actually had he state police tell them to stop last evening on the phone, still called all night.

I have been receiving calls from a number that does not come up. Caller ID shows it as UNKNOWN. These jokers call me in the morning, the afternoon, the evening, and I won't answer. This has been going on for months. Today some hock-beeb sounding jerk left a vmail telling me my last four digits of my social, plus some case number that is most likely made up, and letting me know if I don't answer the phone, they will start calling my job. Good luck with that, considering I don't give out my work number to anyone. The name that he gave was Frank Jefferson. Really? Because his heavy Indian accent makes me think his name is something like Faukaznieakls Ztyhiwvoget. Or however you pronounce those Indian names. Frank Jefferson? I don't think so.

They're scammers, that's the deal.  They call and harass people to get them to pay on debt that they don't even owe.  If they will not mail a debt validation letter to you and prove that you do owe a debt, then they are definitely scammers.

If they had a LEGAL claim they would have to MAIL you a debt validation letter.  Supposed "proof" emailed or faxed is not legal.  You can't stop them, but what you can do is let your HR Dept or supervisor know that you are being victimized by scammers.

Calling my past employer and threatening them now me too saying I owe 700 plus dollars what's the deal

Ben ??? has called my cell phone twice today.  This is the same guy that called me months ago stating his name was Adrian Parker.  He called my place of employment for 2 hours.  My boss had the number blocked, which is not the same phone I'm reporting on.  They say I owe this money and to wire transfer it to them in 30 minutes or I will have legal issues to deal with.   Time o block this phone number at work and file a complaint with the do not call list.

Called today seeking an employee.  Threatened to tie up all our lines unless they were put on.  I told them not to and they asked what I could do about it ands  my response was report their number to the police.

They quit.

this company keeps calling job tying up line.  when you call back they jump from saying they are cash advance to a collection agency.  asked them to e-mail me they clain they don't do that.  they can have people loose their jobs.  how can they be stopped.

We had the same thing here.  He called every 3-5 seconds! It was insaine. I decided to retrun his call via a 40 page fax that said to stop calling this number. Well I guess it wasn't 1 fax, it was a 20 40 page faxes that were sent every 2 minutes. If each fax failed, it would retry 5 times.I see that after a few hours they got frustrated and printed them, since my system shows fax success.

Ben Rogers called me any work harassing us for over an hour. In the mean time we contacted the local sheriff's office who sent out an officer.  When the officer spoke to him he wouldn't give him any information.  Ben Rogers would get very upset when I wouldn't give him any information and would say to keep answering his phone calls.  He called me a liar saying that the police officer wasn't a police officer but a cop.  He didn't like it when I told him that in our country they are considered the same. A case has been issued and information has been sent up to the corporate office.  I hope he gets what's coming to him!

Yeh he called my work phone and said there's legal action against me and tried verifying my personal information. I told him he was wrong (since he was) and didn't provide him with the correct information.

Well ive dlet with this prick for a month now and to day he had called my work several time for a hour tieing all phones up. It almost cost me my job. This is for the traveler. Ill back you up. Bring me back a uviner of him too.

The person I spoke with when I called the 2nd time was going by the name of Michael Bones or Burns, it was hard to understand him with his thick Indian (Middle Eastern) accent. I explained that they were calling a Hotel & Casino and he stated ?I know I am calling Sam?s Town, we need to speak with James Brown.? I advised him that we do not allow Team Members to receive personal business calls. When I asked him what the name of his business is he stated ?I can only give you our department name. Detection Center of Financial Fraud?. When I stated? so you?re a call center, he replied no we are not a call center. I then reiterated the fact that our Team Members are not allowed personal calls and to reach him at his personal numbers. He stated, ?Then why do you let your employees use your number on their Credit Applications??  I then stated, ?So you are a collection agency?? No we are not a collection agency.

I told him that we do not allow Team Members to utilize our phone numbers on their credit applications unless it is for Employment Verification, and that they would only use the number to reach the Human Resources department for instructions on verification via Fax or a written request.? He became angry and stated ?Go get James Brown and put him on the phone he works in your Security Department.? I again advised him that Team Members are not allowed personal calls and that I was not even in the same city, but at the Corporate Headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. He then stated, ?He is right there on the floor, my employee sees him walking on the floor?. I stated that if your employee can see him, then have him reach out to speak with him personally.? I advised him to Cease and Desist with the phone calls, and that if he didn?t, I would file a complaint regarding them. He then stated, ?Go ahead and file a complaint, Hold on a moment? he then began to shout out to someone else in the background stating, ?take down this number, (name)?. take down this number 800-xxx-0xxx, now put that number in our system to call every 20 minutes for the next 5 days or until James Brown calls us back from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri.? I then stated ?I?m sure your Mother is very proud of you? and hung up.

I was able to get the number they were calling in on from his conversation, along with it he stated they were located in NC, Raleigh. This was the 2nd complaint forwarded to me on this issue. The first time they blasted our STT property was in the morning looking for Anthony Wesley. I spoke with a Supervisor named (allegedly) Adrian Walker. He was pleasant enough,  and I told him that we didn?t have a Team Member at the property by that name or by Wesley Anthony. He checked the numbers I gave him to see who was calling but couldn?t find any of our DID numbers in their system. He then said ?Oh is this at the SXXX TXXX? I stated yes, he said oh yes I see it here, I will remove it from our system.? I don?t know if he actually did, but the calls for that person did stop. Later in the afternoon thy began again for the James Brown person.  
 
I found  the statements from ?Michael Burns? as threatening, and harassing, and as being above any laws.

call from 980-263-2407 guy with Indian accent said his name was Jordan Jones, keeps calling my job & home phone very nasty, threating to called the police if I do not give them my bank information or credit information.

calls my wifes job constantly and when i called them back and told them they sounds like some 7-11 motherf******* they got bent out of shape. told them not to call again they dont listen

if you people are people R serious I got my passport and ready to nail Bob Green, Jeffery Parker, Ben Rogers and all of the alias of this scheme they are not in the U.S they use Vonage phone service and set up dummy U.S accounts. Due to the fact My contact has shown me the great tool tools to figure this out I hope he reads this.  why would someone  wire money when its easier to do things right.

Same story, the man tha called said he was Jeffrey Parker, thick Indian Accent! Asked for an employee and after being told that the employee was not here, he tied up the lines for over 30 minutes.  He is a real sicko! We are a hospital and the hospital police called the number that they gave to call back and the police told him that we could not tolerate this and they traced the number to somewhere in Charlotte believe it or not! This was a crazy day!!

This is exactly what is happening to me, same time frame an all..has all my info an threatin me with cops...guys name is anthony boyd....but sounds another country.

Harrassing calls all day at my job. Have already called the sherrif department. My boss has even told them she fired me. This has been goin on but jus todsy same guy has called at least 50 times. He has cursed abusivly to my barber shop owner. Its rediculous. Doesnt give name of company just says he is with the government.
