Receive calls from 980-265-5662  three to four times a week. Answered one time - soliciting money for NC Sheriff's assoc.

This is not an actual person you are talking to. It is a software auto dialer. That is why it does not respond to you and  when you try to talk with it it does not respond normally. I don't know if it is really something associated with any breast cancer organization but I can say the whole purpose is to verify your phone number so telemarketers can keep targeting you.

Have looked this number up in reverse look up and it comes up invalid. They call numberous times a day and all that is left of the machine is hello over and over again. Please stop calling. We are on the DO NOT CALL LIST. These calls are ridiculous.

Received a call from this number (the caller ID read BCFA).  A woman asked for me by name and I replied, "this is Carol speaking, who's calling please?" The caller hung up on me!  The caller was well spoken, which is often not the case with these unsolicited calls

    ROBO Call left NO messages, Called number back got recording....   "Collecting for Breast Cancer"

I am registered on the ......DO NOT CALL LIST.........

someone from 980-265-5562 with the initials BCFA keeps calling my home.  I am registered on the do not call list with
the US gov., but that does not seem to stop people from calling and not identifying who they are.  I am fed up with this

Sounds like harrassment for being on the do not call list.

These people keep calling me too..I just let it ring..When they get the answering machine they hang up..I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry..I think the next time they call I'll answer and say I'm on the do not call registry so if you call again I'm going to sue you...lol

Blacklisted in my Ooma control panel. Doesn't mean they won't call again on another phone line. But, they won't call me again on this one.

They will never remove you from their list. You're not on a list. You're in the phone book. Or, worse, you answered the phone and now they know for sure there is a live person on the end of the line. They will call you as long as you own than number.

left a message on our machine--sounded like a real voice--'hello, is Priscilla there?'  Don't know a single Priscilla.  Wouldn't give anybody who calls a nickel.

This number keeps calling my house.  I am on do not call register.

I keep receiving this call from "BCFA" begging for money!!! Are you kidding me??? Who makes donations over the phone these days???  I ask for info to be sent to me in the mail, and that pisses them off!  Then they immediately want you to commit to $15, so they can get your bank account info!  SORRY ROTTEN SCAMMERS!!! NO CAN DO!!!  What happened to the NO CALL LIST??? I am so sick of scammers calling my landline!

BCFA called say they were Breast Cancer Financial Assistance.. asked to be taken off call list..again.

Someone from this number has attempted to call our home several times. We are also on the Do Not Call Registry. ID just reported "North Carolina Caller."

The Do Not Call Registry does NOT cover political calls OR CHARITY calls.  Get it?  Let me say another way.  Don't complain about a law not doing something that it never was supposed to do.  The do not call registry has mad a world of difference.  I don't get anything like the volume of calls that I used to get.  I feel very confident that you don't either.  But you continue to weep and moan about getting the kinds of calls that were NEVER COVERED BY DNC!  Of course, there are those who don't care about the laws.  If you can think of a way than the government or anyone else can control those people, then please share your knowledge.  Maybe you can get rid of the lowlifes.  They are definitely out there.  In the meantime, though, be grateful that you REALLYARE receiving fewer unnecessary calls because of the DNC list.

I just let the machine get it, they left no message. Don't play games with these callers. Ignore them or block them. If you play with them they dump you on more and more lists because they know your number is active. DoNotCall does not work, it's another failed gov't agency that is overwhelmed and useless. Wise up.

Telemarketing from North Carolina.

asked for my dad told her  he died 5 years ago. She then started calling  a bunch of  other names. Told her
none of those names were here. Went from a bunch of men names to a bunch of lady names. Told none here told I was waiting to see what her reason for calling . She did not say anything so I hung up.

BCFA called and stated they were Breast Cancer fund raiser. A quick google search found "Breast Cancer Financal Assistance" which many hits say something like Top 5 Worst  charities in the title. She did state she was a paid professional fund raiser. I don't think I can list it as a "non-profit".

Nuisance call.  I am on Do Not Call list but continue to receive these scam calls!!!!!!!!

I am on the DNC list and received a call and the call ask for me by name and then hung up.

I just got a call from BCFA, when I answered the phone dead air. What is BCFA?

Got a call from: 980.265.5686 asking to speak to the lady of the house. She wanted $15 dollars. I told the lady, I give directly to the cancer society. She thanked me and I hung up.
