These people are harassing me no end.

I say its time for a class action for all those who have paid into the debt.

I also paid them what i would also consider a large amount of money, what names did they go by because i have know them as ARYCA solutions and now firestone in which i called the attorney general in my state and now there numbers are disconnected.

I read the article on the company Aryca solutions/Mitchell and associates. I use to work for this company. I did not know of the company, how crooked they all are and the owner. I did not know they was illegal at all. You are told to use a false name when calling people about these so called debts. Some of the debts are real and some are not real. The owner of the company is ROYCE MITCHELL. Please people google him and you will see that he is from Buffalo and has been convicted of rape of a minor, indecent liberties with a minor and MURDER. So he uses the name Aryca Solutions for his company which is actually his DAUGHTER name. If you are ever called by this company, Please do not give your checking, credit card, debit card or prepaid card information. These people are crooks!! If they call you about a debt you know is incorrect or paid, just hang up. Alot of what they call you about is something made up. JD MORGAN is a fake name. His real name is Stephen Garcia (drag queen). Who is a junkie. This company is not located on WT Harris and they are using a fake mailing address in SC. They are located off Sharon Amity. Suppose to be moving to MINT HILL, NC. This company is so not legit, there is foodstamp selling going on in there, selling of drugs (hydrocodone/pain killers), marijuana smoking in the parking lot and fights. The so called manager Diane (who has been recently fired) lived in Rock Hill, SC. She is a crook too and was the main one buying the pain killers. Please beware of this scam company, owner and employees. FYI... If you owe a debt to a company, you will not be arrested for it. Possible judgements, served for court, wage garnishments, but not someone coming to arrest you. Also before doing business with a company, one way to know they are real , is to check with BBB(BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU). If they are not registered, do not do business with them and do not give out your information.

LAST TIME I CHECKED THEY WAS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE BBB... BUT YES THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY ARE ARYCA SOLUTIONS/MITCHELL AND ASSOCIATES.

YOU SAY THIS COMPANY IS LEGIT, BUT ALL THE EMPLOYEES USE FAKE NAMES AND THE OWNER (ROYCE MITCHELL) IS A CONVICTED CHILD MOLESTER AND HAS BEEN CONVICTED OF MURDERING A 15YR OLD PREGNANT GIRL IN CHARLOTTE NC.

I also went through this whole process with these people. Saying I had a payday loan from May 2009. They hooked me and then I started checking things out. I also got in touch with my AG's office here in Iowa. They told me it was a scam. These people had me believing that I was going to be served. They contacted my office and spoke very rudly to my SVP of HR. And to a couple of other people too. I have filed papers with the AG's office over this. The numbers I got was 855-619-0700 and 803-403-9699. I spoke with the following people or these are the names they gave me.

This paday loan was paid off long ago. I got so many excuses so many (we will return your call) right away when they finally figured I was on to them.

The AG's office has stated, they cannot have you arrested, they cannot have you served, to ignore these people because this is one of the biggest scams to come along when it comes to matters such as this.

This man called, left message stating his name was Nick Anderson and that he was calling in regards to Fraudulent Check charges being filed against me in Tarrant (he pronounced it wrong) Count, and that my state issued ID was being suspended due to the charges, prior to me being charged, yadayadayada...  Hey Nick, I work for Tarrant County fool.  If you were for real, you would know how to pronounce out county.  Secondly, since I work in the legal industry, I know my state issued ID will not be suspended for a charge such as this even if I was guilty, which I am not!  Nice try though.  How do you sleep at night?

Actually the company is a legit company now as far as the police picking you up or whatever not true but the company is contracted through different payday loan companies to collect on unpaid balances. Think about it why or how would someone just call your home about a debt with all of your information name address phone number ss license number job number and references if your information was not sent over by the company you borrowed from!!!!!! Of course their will be some concern because of other scam companies technically getting a payday loan and not paying back is considered bouncing a check. Firestone has offices in more than Charlotte and the owner is not hard to contact by phone or email

This company is a fraud do not worry this company will harass you call your job, friends and family but it is all a scam they are not a legal company they are a fraud trying to scam you out of money you will not be summoned to go to court or be arrested it is all a scam don't fall for this. they already have a F report with BBB they are not firestone legal they are aryca solutions in Charlotte NC.

This same company called me today but under the name Firestone Legal Associates. They're basically loan sharks. They don't furnish you with any information regarding the debt. Nothing mailed. They won't even verify they're federal ID or any actual legal information that would help you resolve the matter.

Threatening, harrasing messages 2x on cell phone, as if they wanted to kill me!  The know county where I live!  Are they going to come to my house to rape or rob me?  That's the feeling I got from them, now I am afraid to leave the house.  I will not return the call because I am afraid of them.  Can I sue these people?

I got a call from this number (980-321-9500) saying that they are going to serve me with a summit to appear at the court.  Said that I need to call asap for my statement before we appear.  Called them and asked them the original company that I owe the bill to, so I can give them a call, but "Mr. Stewart/Stuart" refuse to give me the number and was very nasty about the whole process.  Also, as a debt collect, legally they are suppose to announce that they are a debt collector and make a statement that all debt collector are suppose to say.  Then I called back and asked them where they were located and they refuse to give me that information as well. Finally they told me they were located in South Carolina, but when I look up the number, it was actually located in North Carolina  I told them I want to see if they are registered with BBB, but they start getting really nasty toward me.  I have already fallen for this once but I am getting tire of these people scaring me all the time.  Can someone give me advise on what to do? I can't even find this company in BBB and in internet.

I received a call today, 8/13/12, from Brittany, Firestone Legal Associates, looking for a co-worker.  I called the number back and left a message requesting to remove my name fromt the person's legal documents.  I've been getting calls for the past few months for this same co-worker from other companies.

Received two calls from this number claiming to be some guy from Firestone Legal Associates looking for a woman name I don't recognize. This number has been mine for 12 years and never had anyone by this name associated with it. I told him he had wrong number. Then later this afternoon I find a message on my voice mail with a DIFFERENT phone number attached, some woman named Latoya says I need to call her back at that number, but when I call that number it rings back to Firestone. Told the guy who answered the number that I dont' want to hear from them again. SCAM. Something fishy, caller ID shows different numbers.

Just got a call from a man stating he is with Firestone Legal and his name is Mr. Penlin, and he left a return number of 855-619-0700, stating that he needs to verify some information from me and that the issue may go to litigation and if I do not call them back I can be served papers, I contacted the local courts and they do not have any open dockets with my name and they told me that this is probably a scam from someone that has gained my information and is trying to get money from me and to not give them any information.  I hate that you can apply for a car loan or even a payday loan, pay it off or not even utilize it and individuals can take your name and information and try to get money out of you that they do not deserve, GET A REAL JOB!!!!

There are federal laws in place about this type of call. It is harrassment and against the law. You can record the calls, jot down time of day, name, address etc from the caller and file for free with your state Attorney General's office. Also contact the FTC....they cross state lines when they call. Good luck.

I recived a call from 980-321-9500 stating I had bounced checks and was going to have a warrant issued in a few days. This is they second call from the same company I know this because they referenced a call I had recieved about 3 months ago from a different company about the same issue.I did ask for documnets to be sent however they are very plain, information on the company letter head, they could not provide me anything thing else. I worked for the bank they said I had bounced checked at so believe me I would know if there were issuse. These calls are scary and someone needs to stop these peopele.

A guy got on the phone and just started talking about he was going to send a courier to my place of employment. I asked him Sir what are you talking about then of course he said hold on let me send you to my supervisor. Then he tells me I owe Kenwood Services and I know for a fact I paid those people over two years ago. This is not the first time they have called its always someone different. As usual I ask too many questions. Name of the business, location city and state, and a name. Last time I asked for a physical address the lady like to have had a fit. I dont know how they get our information but someone needs to stop them.

Some one called me from a no. that was new to me-also some from 2 other people called me too, they are scamming me again im sure. The number:980-321-9500 came on my ID caller on my phone. I received a call from this so called associate..told me i owe them $740.50 with a loan from MYI DIRECT..telling me they are gonna charge me for fraud and a bounced check!....i asked him to fax me the documents and he actually did!...lol!...I googled this company with the address 7209 E. WT Harris BLVD NC, 28213...and this company went out of business!..WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE??!!...THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!

I received a phone call from this company claiming that they r a law firm and that they are trying to collect on a debt from a payday loan that I've already paid off and when i told them hat i was going to fax over some information they kept going on and on and telling me that it has not been paid and that they r still going to have me served at my job and I knew that they were a scam cause they claim to work for the court house and i called the court house and they have no knowledge of these people. Claiming that I'm going to jail and they will have be served with 2 uniformed officers which is a LIE!!!!!! This company is FRAUD AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!!

I was just told to have 2 forms of I.D. ready as I was about to be arrested at home or place of business.
