Same issue with me-Walmart $1000 gift card BS.  The do not call list applies to text messages, as well, and this a-hole is violating federal and state law (Texas, at least).  If the feds would spend the time/expense necessary and provide hefty criminal penalties, this would be drastically reduced.

Heh - if only I could get that info. Of course, he'd outspend me in court trying to sue me if I dared invade his personal space.

The federal government could end this immediately if they wanted to - but there's too much money involved and since when did they give a damn about the consumer?

Please, if you find a way to get his contact number, I'd love to contact him and make these text messages stop.
