Ignore them.  Tell them If they have a valid claim, then have them send it with all the details to you by US mail.   E-Mail no good.   No debt validation, no pay.   If they continue to bother you, report them.

they call me at work BCN & CT Financial saying I owe a pay day loan and said some one was using my name and social security fraudlent and I owe 702.00 but they would take 602 and they want me to send money gram . they also send something to my email wanting me to sign electronic but I didn't sign.(1802 448 5853) this is the number that call me

yes they call me today, it was a automatic call, call my home and job. when they call my home they had wrong number, demanding money, wanted me to send it ,in a money gram at Walmart.

THIS COMPANY ARE CALLING PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT RELATED TO ME. THEY TOLD THEM THEY HAVE A COPY OF MY PHONE RECORDS AND ARE CALLING EVERYONE ON THE PHONE LIST AND TELLING THEM THEY ARE AFTER ME FOR WRITING HOT CHECKS. THEY DO NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS BCN BUT AS FEDERAL INVESTIGATORS.

these clowns use multiple tactics to gather info and coerce you into believing that they are confirming your address (which they got off the internet) for delivery of documents legally served by the sheriffs department. do not give them any info, try calling them back using the number from your caller id.

i got a call from a man named jeff from BCN Recovery a year ago. He told me there was a civil suite against me with a case number already filed and if I didn't settle the debt with him right then I would be seen in court on a certain date. Like a dummy I took it as legit because I have so many other bills in collections. I was sent a verification letter with my case number and settlement amount about a week later. I had lost the letter when we moved and recently found it. Tried to call the company back to get a balance on my account and the phone has been discontinued. I have news for them......THEIR PAYMENTS ARE BEING DISCONTINUED NOW.

I got a call from this number towards the end of last year. The caller was Jeff Thompson from BCN Financial Services and he advised me that I had a pending civil action lawsuit against me from a past due payday loan. I thought it was legit and offered to settle the debt. When reviewing my bank statements for the deductions, I discovered that the payments were being taken out by Shepsu Financial Services in Buffalo, NY. Google that name and you get all kinds of fraud complaints about the scam going on with this company too. Do not give them your account information. This is a fraud activity. There was even a huge article on Yahoo a few weeks ago detailing all the fraud collection practices being based out of the Buffalo area. I was able to file a dispute with the bank to get my money back. And now that the January payment is being declined, they are calling me again.

Another one to watch out for goes under the name Hershe Kemp LLC. They got me for $350 earlier this year and I cannot dispute because of how long ago it was.

man called and asked if this was the B_______ residence I said yes and corrected him on my name. He asked me if I was related to a Vincent Lewis that he was a PI and had important iformation for Mr Lewis and I started questioning him and he got all pissed and said I was waisting his time.

Revcd call stating to be a private investigator and some financial company has contacted them to in order to file a civil suite.
