i got a call from this numver no name unevailable no message fwas left on my ansering machine

9820003468 has been calling me every month for years. they leave long messages from "rachel" about a problem with my credit card. I finally picked up yesterday. I asked them not to call anymore. they hung up. they called today and asked how much debt I had. I replied that I didn't know. they asked if it was more than $40000. I replied that I didn't know. they hung up. This is so clearly a con. I am so tired of all of this. it is harassment.

where can I report them?

Got a call from this number on may17th. No caller Id. No message on the machine.

I get at least 2 to 3 calls per week from this phone...when they leave a msg on my a/m, its a recorded voice sayin that my "time to lower my interest rate is about to expire".  Twice I pushed whatever to talk to someone and both times it was what sounded like a black lady asking if I wanted to lower my rate.  The first time I told her No and that I wanted her company to stop calling me.  Then she hung up on me.  The 2nd time I asked her which company she is calling from and she just sat there.  I kept saying hello and could here all of the background noise of a call center.  Eventually the phone went dead

I got this on my cell phone and didn't answer. I thought they weren't allowed to call cell phones?

These people call me several times a week.  How do I get them to stop!

Is there someone I can report them to?

Their message is to help you lower your credit card interest rate.  Again they call many times and have been told that out number is on the no call list, but that doesn't seem to phase them.

where can I report them?

As soon as my answer machine starts talking:
"Hi! This is Rachel with Card Holder Services"...........Long pause & because my machine was done talking, their machine didn't hear anything so it hung up.

Do Not Call has been notified because I'm on their list not to be called.

Receiving calls from this #...once a week!

Received a call from them, then pressed the number to speak with someone to have them remove my name from their calling list.  The man swore at me, used the f word then hung up.  I have been on the do-not-call list for years.
