SMS Business Consultants.  These guys are persistent and annoying.  They've called our place of business for 6 years now and show no signs of giving.  Right now, I'm holding personal conversations with them about my nightly bowel movements,  but they won't give up!  I learned that their customer service is held by ClientSRV,  and they can be emailed at ClientServices@ClientSRV.com.  I emailed them today to put a stop to the calls, and I hope this is a solution.  

Been calling our office for months now and we've tried everything to get rid of them. They want to speak to the owner and we always say no. I've tried arguing with them, putting them on "perma-hold", and just straight up hanging up on them. Almost every time it is a different office or company calling from the exact same number. I finally told the guy today that this is obviously some kind of scam because people are pushing something different every time they call. He called me "dumb" and hung up. Hopefully now they will leave us alone but I am not betting on it. From now on, we are just picking up and hanging right up. Does anyone know who we can report this to? It is bordering harassment in our case.

They called asking for the owner of my company, I screen his calls so I asked what it is regarding. They said they just need to talk to him. I advised, I cannot get them directly to him without knowing the reason for the call. I asked if they were selling something, they dodged the question and again asked for him. Finally when I said they could not speak with him, they said they'd take their business elsewhere and hung up. Had they of listened to me, they'd of known he doesn't make purchasing decisions and I'd have to route them elsewhere-which I'd of gladly done, if they would have ever admitted exactly what they were selling.

Consultant group.  Guy tried every lame excuse in the book to get information on my boss. They won't take no for answer, so I'll play around with them until they give up.

Yes they called me and wanted to send out a representative.  I told them no.  Then after that same number calls me back different lady wanting to sell me advertising space at a local country club.
Scam

This is a company called "SMS" who are group of Management Consultants.  They refuse to take "no" for an answer, as we've repeatedly turned them down, yet they keep calling back.  If I can somehow get a card from the guy, I'll post the information on here as well.

Not a debt collector, just a solicitor.  Called my work today for the third consecutive day in a row.  Typically he asks for my boss (the company owner) and is always told he isn't here and I can take a message.  Usually he hangs up too quickly for me to tell him to take us off his list.  Today when he called I recognized the number on caller id and told him that he would never be able to reach the boss without leaving a message as he has me screen all of his calls. He was really rude about this and answered, "Well that's just AWESOME. I guess you'll be taking a message for me the next time I call."  I answered with, "Is this a solicitation call?" and he answered, "Yes it is."  I told him, "Please take us off your list."  He said, "There is no list."  Then I told him, "Well then please do not call us again as we have a policy of never accepting any phone solicitations."  He replied (rather sarcastically), "Really?  AWESOME!" and then hung up.  Honestly, I don't see how he expects to sell anything to anyone when he is that rude. If he calls back I am turning him in.
