These people are terrible. They call EVERYONE you do business with to see if you owe them money and they refuse to do payment arrangements. They look into your financials and see what your sales are per year and say if you do any amount in sales then why can't you pay a bill so therefore they refuse to do payments and say if you don't pay the amount in full then they run a full investigation into everything, bank accounts, all vendors and customers and they tell your vendors why they are calling cause they did it to us. I said it doesn't matter our sales, our receivables is out there with many people way way past due and doing the best we can. Plus we had a death in our family, our son unexpectadly and I understand we owe and am willing to pay but they want it all at once, no payment plans and they do not care about excuses.

Vericore Collection company - called to offer their services to collect on past due accounts for us.
Spoke to a very nice lady on the call. We have no need for their services at this time.

Has been told that this is an invalid claim, where there is a dispute about it and that he should stop calling. But he won't stop the harassment

Its a company called VeriCore. They are a collection agency. They are either trying to collect from you or offering their services for your company: http://www.vericore.com/
