i got a call from the same number and it had my name on it...FREAKY.... but we did not answer and when we called it back the number was not working.....

OH! One more strange thing...the man I live with is named OSCAR ORTEGA. Freaky, eh? I wonder if he's trying to contact himself from the future--LOL

It's so strange. I get a call from this number on my home phone AT LEAST twice a week. The caller ID says OSCAR ORTEGA but when I answer there is NEVER anyone there. Wait, it gets weirder..when I try to dial the number back, I get a "we're sorry,. You're call cannot be completed as dialed" message.
Can someone tell me what the heck this is all about????
