Didn't know it was legal to call residential homes before 9 a.m. not to mention to keep calling someone who has clearly let their company know they are filing bankruptcy and given them the necessary information such as attorney information handling case. Hopefully my bankruptcy attorney calling them one more time will handle the unwanted, yet possibly illegal harassment....?

Just got a voice mail..."This is Denise, over at Patricia Darrings office, please return my call here at my office, my number is 1800-447-0410 with reference to file number 324948. Background noice sounds like a collection agency. I don't owe anyone money.
