I recieved a msg on my cell phone today from some guy with the last name Anderson then he called my job nd because I was scammed about 2 months ago from a different company I knew not to fall for it nd I actually played along to see how much info they would give me and of course she said I owe a company called American cash advance I sd I don't owe anyone anything because I don't have a loan thru them then she said maybe u have a loan thru another company who uses them I told her ok well how much payment do u need she said 300 and I said ok I will call my dad and call we back she said ok make sure its cash. What collection agency makes stipulations on how to pay and when I asked her why I didnt get anything in the mail she said it was emailed to me and I probably erased it I said I would know if I was erasing info about a judgement ppl are so scandolous now days and that is why u never apply for anything online I know now

I have been calling and harassing them all day for laughs. Figured i would give them a taste of their own medicine.  They won't pick up for my phone anymore.

these b****racks called me today as well...talking all the same gibberish that each one of you said previously. police...blah blah blah....arrested...blah blah blah....I called the number back got some indian lady on the phone and as soon as she said hello this is michelle .........I said HELLO THIS ATTORNEY ****** AND YOUR ON A RECORDED LINE WITH THE FTC AND BBB MAY I SPEAK TO MIKE ANDERSON PLEASE........the lady said mike Anderson got fired 2 weeks ago but he just called my phone 5 minutes ago.......she immediately hung up and they havnt called back since........friggin bottomfeeders!

They called me today. After they theatened me with arrest, we asked further questions, he then told me he f'd my mother, that my wife was a prostitute and after hearing my toddler in the background he was my sons real father and that i was a n*gger.

I just received 3 calls in a row from a Michael Anderson , called 3 times in a row and said I need to call them
And said I need attorney or it would be serious ! Jerks they all are ! I changed my number fir this same reason and now they are back !

I got the same Call Friday on the 8/12/2013. They called a secure line, I am a goverment employee. I am able to trace the call,I called back and no answer and it also was busy the next time I call. I have since then I have  gotten  more people involved to solve this matter. I am waitting for them to call back so the call can be traced.

at work threaten me about if I don't pay some loan that they are going to send the police to my house I never got a loan from them they say they are a law firm from Texas but the area code they give is from Louisiana some person says his name Curtis Jackson and he works for a law firm named Branton and Associates..if anyone knows how to stop these calls please reply back to my post.....thanks

Phone scram - I called the local police department in Slidell, LA (985) 643-3131 and also my own state (NY) and reported this number 985-718-5022.  This is not a ligament company (FRAUD WAARNING)!

How on earth did "ur bulls*it" cost anyone $8000.  Who was the penalty from?  I.E., what type of court?  It is restitution?  Punitive damages?  Please enlighten us, because we don't want to be giving bad advice

So if what you said is true then tell us the address of these people and what court and the whole process of how you got sued for a civil matter. I never found proof that people can get arrested for not paying a loan so please regal us with this tale of whoa if you be so

I had this exact same call today (8/8/2013), but from a "Jenny Anderson" who was speaking in an Indian accent. She left the same message on my voicemail "wishing me luck". This is a scam! Please report them to the BBB and FTC!

Yea a "Mike Anderson" called me and left a message at my job as well. When I called back, they said they'd hang up and call me back, so I continued to call them repeatedly! And Mike Anderson my aXX!!! The person sounds more like "alhkdlfja aldlfj asfj madula oblongata." Jerks!!! They're messing with the wrong one!

The called me at work a bunch of times said they were from the law firm of Branton and Legal from Sidell LA. I knew they were full of crap they said that were putting a warrent out for my arrest and i would be picked up within 24 hours. I started drilling them with questions and I made them tell what their address was. I googled the law firm and called them. They told me they were aware of the scammers and local law enforcement was investigating them. I called them back and told them they were being investigated. He hung up on me  so i kept calling them back and they wouldnt answer or they hung up on me. Funny thing is the calls stopped and im not in jail

These ppl called and harrassed me all day and said nasty things to me. The guy talked bad english. And said get ready to be arrested. He called me at work as well. Told me he wanted my lawers name and number and they have me with three counts of fraud. Btw its not illegal to not pay back a loan. This is fraud don't answer this number or call them back.

They called me on my phone and work phone saying I need to contact Tyson Walker person spoke English very badly. They claim they will sue me ! When I tried calling the number back it just went to a busy signal.  Also stated not even God can help me !

They left a message on my work phone. Not sure of the accent, but pretty sure his name is NOT Mike Anderson. Said if I or my attorney didn't return the call, all he could do was wish me luck.

They are scam artists...trying to take your money...an operation out of india but an american company backs them...abc news did an in depth news report about them

Why, did you dad commit a crime?  Failing to pay back a loan or debt is not a criminal offence in the US, and the police are not in the business of collecting debt.
