Calls from 9882249221, 7233120760,2225137879,8239221224,3827951378, and unknown and restricted numbers.  Calls come about 15-20 minutes apart.  If answered the call rings to another location which sounds like a call center.  Foreign male answers - unable to understand a word.  Calls began on Friday, July 8.  Start at 8 a.m. and stopped 7 pm.  Initially, I blocked the first two numbers that were calling - then the other 3, and the unknown, and restricted started.

Please keep us posted on what you find.  I have over 45 phone calls from them since yesterday morning.

well, I traced the number and it told me that they're coming from India....HIMACHAL PRADESH to be exact...I'm going to do further research and find out what loan companies belong to that area...get their real numbers and harrass the hell out of them

I'm constantly getting calls from 988-224-9221 and various other numbers already listed....the 988-224-9221 number never says anything...but the first time I answered they said something about a loan...

I wish my phone could block numbers

They will not say anything if you just say hello.  If you answer with "loan?  Is this a loan?" Someone will talk to you.  I just did it.  I have had over 40 calls from 8am-9pm yesterday and 8am-now today.

They keep calling me, doing the same thing over and over again, they need to stop with the nonsense.

Getting calls from 988-224-9221, 453-876-5713, 382-453-8198, and 576-986-5713 since 07/05/2011. Almost always silent but one time they answered and asked if anyone in our household was interested in pursuing further education

People in Different countries around the world (Russia, Uruguay, etc.) have been calling me over the past 24 hours.  I've only answered one of them, and of course I couldn't understand them, told them so, and they hung up.  The call I received from 988-224-9221 was on Friday, July 8th, at 7:23 p.m., PDT.  (GMT -8)

Me too!  I have had 34 calls from these random numbers in the last 26 hours.  I finally got someone to answer last night.  They asked for me and I asked who it was.  They answered, but couldn't understand them.  I said to not call back or I would file a report and his response was "shut up.  just shut up" and hung up.

I have received two calls this morning, the first one 382-795-1378 and the guy asked for me by first and last name and then said something I couldn't understand about a loan.  I told him I wasn't interested and how did he get my number and he hung up?
I tried to call the number and it didn't got through.

I just got received a call 988 224-9221 and didn't answer.  What is going on!!!

When  I tried to dial#back, it would not go through??  What's up with that?
