I've received several of these calls, and I have not bought a CRV or any Honda products, so why are they calling me?  I do not answer calls if I do not recognize the number.  Just received a "spoof" call from Honduras with the number of  224-864-7170 and when I looked it up, there is no such number, the information was given that this is a "spoof" site with multiple numbers listed.  The caller ID gave the name TP INC.  They did leave a message asking for a donation to something.  Sure hope that my answering machine is not giving out any information.

OK, yeah they are just people getting satisfaction surveys from people who buy Hondas. I asked why this is the number and its not a scam thing nor them trying to sell you anything...hello, you already bought the car what else is there to sell that the salespeople haven't already tried to sell you??. Seriously, just answer your phone and if you don't want to do their survey then just tell them that. They can't force you to do it.

It is just a survey. If you'd rather not participate, tell them. They will thank you for your time and get on with their lives. What kind of scam do you think they'll do? Yikes people, way too paranoid.

If you pick up the phone and tell them you'd rather not participate in the survey, they will thank you for your time. It's not a big deal, they're just doing their jobs. Geez

If this is Honda wanting me to take a survey, then why are they calling my work number at 10 pm? A few days later they called my cell phone at 11pm. I WILL NOT be taking this survey. It is completely unprofessional and against most call center regulations to call at these times.

Really worried me to see such a strange #. Dealership should have warned me.

Have been receiving phone calls from (989)000-0000. Caller never leaves message. I will not answer such calls and yes, I purchased a new Honda in July. I consider it unethical to call me on my phone, in my home, and not leave a message or call back number.

how about I work different shift work and rely on my phone to notify me when I need to go to work, not some person calling about a survey.  no, this is my private number and I prefer to keep it that way.  what if this number would continuously call you about two or three in the morning, would you like that.  I would think so.  So no, I do think that I will just answer it and be cheerful about it.

I get a call from this number at least once a day, they never leave a message??
