I got call from a so called Delhi police named ....Singh (8285660533) and threatened me that he has non bailable warrant against me and asked to contact a lawyer named Ashish Kumar (9654198045) for further details. Lawyer who introduced himself as a govt lawyer at Patiala House Court said that there is case against me for some loan related matter and a govt company named 'Estate Finance Corporation' (which is not exits and I don't have any dealings with such company) has filed case against me. Lawyer further said that after sending many notices and summons to me (which I never received) I didn't appeared in the court hence judge has issued NBW against me. He asked me to deposit money in his account (30k+, Bank Of Baroda, Zheel Branch) so that he can send cheque to the court and withdraw the warrant. Both of them (so called police and lawyer) were calling me alternatively and putting pressure so that I can transfer the money asap. I consulted local police and a known lawyer, both of them advised for not transferring the money and said that it must be a hoax call. My lawyer contacted fake lawyer and asked for the case papers and threatened him for legal action. From that time onwards above both mobiles were switch off for longer time.

Above fake callers were sounding like professionals. I was hearing siren of police van when this so called police officer called me. They were having my address and phone numbers. Any normal person can immediately come under pressure and transfer the money. However I was saved with true advises. It was a horrible experience for me. I thought of sharing it here so that it can help others. One important point which I noticed was my details like name, addresses and phone number with these fake callers were exactly matching with my profile uploaded on naukri.com.

I also got the call from same number and got informed that there is some fraud case filed against me and I need to speak to advocate Rashid Malik otherwise they will auction my house, since I have dishonored court by not responding to court samans. I live in Bangalore and my native is in kolkata, where my mom stays alone, so, I got scared as he gave all my details like my present and permanent address, company details and designation. I acted like a fool, he took few more details from me like who stays in my native and all those details.

Also, why I got scared is I had some credit card issues when I lost my job and my father passed away in the same time, but later on I settled all the loans and having all documents from bank, my foolishness I gave those details to him.

I called the so called advocate, he told me that ICICI has filed a case against me, i told him that I paid the credit card dues and settled the account then how come ICICI can file a case against me. That guy told that the collection agent was fraud and the letters I am having is also fake. I argued with him that I have the CIBIL report with me, there also it is mentioned as settled. Then he told me to minus that amount and pay 30000/- by 2 PM, I told I cannot arrange, then he told 20K lastl came to 10K. I told let us have this sorted on court.

Today, again the so called delhi police called me and threat me, but I was rigid to see in court. Let's see. If I receive one more all then I will go to police.

THE LADY TOOK MY CORRECT NAME AND SAID SHE IS CALLING FROM ROHINI COURT DELHI FROM SOME ADVOCATE'S CHAMBER AND THERE IS A FRAUD CASE AGAINST ME, FILED IN DEVAS M.P. I TOLD HER VERY CALMLY THAT I HAVE BEEN NEVER BEEN TO DEVAS OR M.P. AND I DO NOT KNOW THE COMPLAINANT. BUT SHE URGED ME TO COME TO ROHINI COURT AND PRESENT MYSELF. THEN SHE DISCONNECTED. I CALLED BACK AND ASKED HER NAME, BOSS'S NAME, DESIGNATION ETC, TO WHICH SHE REFUSED TO PROVIDE. I VERY STERNLY TOLD HER NOT TO CALL MY NUMBER EVER AGAIN AND SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. ALL THESE ARE FAKE CALLS. IN CASE YOU GET SUCH A CALL, DON'T PANIC, TALK TO THE PERSON NICELY BUT DOMINATINGLY AND AT THE END, JUST TELL THEM TO DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND NEVER CALL AGAIN. THIS WORKS.

some time they use other people numbers as identity through voip call., beware the number and name also fake.

I got a call from some Delhi police Inspector Vijandar pal singh no. 8285660611 telling me my details that there is arrest warrant against my name in Delhi patyala house court Delhi and I should contact Ashish kumar at 09911953042 seems like some prank call because I am south Indian and never visited delhi in my life.but annoying ...the number belongs to new delhi.

Indian Govt. need very strict punishment for this kind of crime like catch those people who make fraud and cut their hand and feet from end to end so that other one get lesson.

I got the call from +91 9643569170 saying that he is from Delhi police control room. He mentioned his name as Rajiv Singh Tripathi. He mentioned that there is a fraud and cheating case filed against me in Delhi court by Advocate Rawat. Rawat sent me many notices but i didn't appear to court. That fraud police also knows my home and office address. I live in Kolkata, I do not know that how fraud case begins in Delhi. So, i went to local police station which is very near to my home. This story is not new to them. They told me that they got same complaint about fraud calls from many peoples. They guess that those who does e-shopping got this kind of call. They also knows that these call comes from Delhi.

advocate .I don't know the name but the number was -9911016524 .Stating the same like if you can pay the bill then just go  to the nearest vodafone store and pay the bill else u will have to come to Patiyala court tomorrow .
  Friends i hv sudden visit the vodafone store and ask for my bill summary but they dont hv any thing related to my number because it was 1 n half year old number and it was disconnected already and provided to other one also .So  i came to know about that this was scam calls from delhi ...

I read a advertise in punjab kesari to go for this job but At 14 march 2014,i called on the given number after than we have long discussion on it and she tnld me to deposited 3500 rs in the accont of Mr. Vikarm gupta and his staff girl told me that if u deposit this money and your scanned documents immediatly then u will get a tour of abroad and earn money with each tour without signing any bond but now she call me again after the submission of documents and 3500 rs that i have to submit rs 10000 on her sbi account for ticketing to abroad and if i did not do so she will never bring me my cash back. After reading your post, i called her back and act as myself as an officer and since than, she didn't call me back nor responded to my phone calls.

Got a Similar call from Delhi police Inspector Ashok Chauhan from no. 8459819568 telling me that there is a non bailable warrant against my name in Delhi court and I should contact Ashish mehta an attorney in Mumbai @ 7503843359..Seems to a  Hoax call.. the language was rude and Pathetic.

Hope someone take serious action this frauds...

I also received call from 8375812237 (dont know service provider) saying that I am an ASI from Delhi police. There is non bailable warrent case against you. you have attened the court tomorrow @ patiala. Hence talk to lawyer Akash 8527115266 (Airtel). I spoken to him. He told me deposit Rs.16980/- in his Bank account no: 31343896845  SBI sonipat. Reliance given the case for your post paid connection. Pay 16980/- immediately or you have to pay penalty 180000/-.

We are putting the complaints here with details, why no one is tasking action againt them. this is my concern.

Hi...I also received a fraud call stating that he was from DElhi Court and they said there was a fradulant and cheating 420 case against me... they had already sent two notices, which I had not replied, he said...so police was going to arrest me and he said to call the advocate about the case details.  He said he had no much time to keep that file with himself and need to send that to the megistrate for the signature... so asked me to call the advocate as soon as possible....I was shocked by the phone call.  For 5 minutes, I was thinking.  Then i realized it could be a fake call.  Then I just started to check if any information on internet and then typed in Google.. "Fake calls from delhi.." then I got here.. then I just got myself coool by seeing abot these same calls in this forum....THANKS FOR GOOGLE and the guys who have posted here...

I didnt call to the advocate... the person called me 5 to 6 times...i just said plz give me some time....then finally he called and i said that the number which he gave me was switched off.. then he said i have no time, i will forward u r case to the police...i said "Teek Hein."  ...there matter over.. bye guys.

I got similar call from same person but from no 8459467687 and telling me same details and asked me to contact one Mr J D Sinha at 8447052590. These prank calls must be stopped so that some innocent people should not fall in their prey.

Me to received a similar call today. The number was +91-8439499284 Ramesh Shekhavat. he gave me another number to talk who, according to him is an advocate. Name, Manoj Singhwi : +918445168276.
This advocate was explaining me how to make a bill payment online. I was surprised to hear that an advocate is explaining me how to make an online payment on MTS website. This brought a doubt in my mind. When I searched on google for similar situations, I got to know that many people are getting such calls.
It seems that these people are from MTS collection department itself and not lawyers or anything.

Its highly pathetic that after giving such a poor service MTS is playing such a cheating game with their already unsatisfied customers with the name of Delhi court.

MTS, you deserve a termination from Indian market.
