yeah pay your employees more. i wish my employer did, i could then start paying off my $60,000 of medical debt, and get insurance so that i didn't have to worry about this in the future! im 24, and work very hard for what little money i get. and i am pretty much doomed as far as my credit goes for a while!

Maybe industry apologists and narrow-minded employers should quit assuming incorrectly that all collector calls have a legitimate purpose and are asking for the correct persons. By the way, employers get special mention in the FDCPA, granted the power to revoke call permission on behalf of alleged debtors, so your precious time chatting with golf partners need not be disturbed.
