I deal with Verizon on an occasional basis when I have a question needing to be answered. I have never had a problem with any customer service from Verizon.
That being said, I have never experienced the level of dedication and willingness to go 'above and beyond' that I experienced today.
When I explained my situation to her, which turned out not to be a Verizon problem, she took a great deal of time making multiple phone calls and looking up information on the web to help me solve the situation.
I tip my hat to Verizon for hiring this exceptionally helpful Lady, and to this Lady for going the many extra steps it took to answer my situation.
