I called the number back from a different phone and the person answered "Hello, this is Mrs. Hill".  Definitely think it's a scam!

I got a call from this number and didn't recognize it so I let it go to voicemail. They left a name and number but not where they were calling from.

With all of the call back scams going on these days, I certainly hope they don't expect me to call back!

CBC is a collection agency that collects for Covenant Medical center. This number calls me every day and Asia me to call back.  When you do it is am answering machine that just says to leave a message. If you really want to talk to me answer your stupid phone!

This number keeps calling my daughter's cell phone, but a recorded message asks for ME.  Have no idea how or why they would would have my daughter's number, I don't even know it (speed dial, lol).

Same as all notes above and no information and no live voice.
Likely a scam.
I only found the name by calling the 800 number.
I left no message.

I have had the same issue as well.. they call around like 9 at night.  or times during the day.  same message..etc... and nothing stating as to why they are calling.

I got a call from this number this evening around 6pm.  I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number.  This guy left us a message saying this is not an a sales or marketing call, this is an attempt to collect a debt, any information obtained will be used for that purpose.  Call 989-953-7174 or 18008520458 on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between certain hours, and on Wednesday between certain hours.  So we called this number back, and we got the EXACT same message on the answer machine.  First of all, if this was a real collections agency, they would ask for a specific person, even in a message.  Secondly, this "office" closes at 5, so why call after 6pm....and third, there was no agency name.  So this number is very questionable, and yes we think its a scam.  Do NOT give your information out to this guy.

This is a collection agency that called my business line. Called back and there was no answer. You had to leave a message.

machine called me and said this was a personal business matter for me to return a call to 9899537174.  I called the number back and got a recording, stating the phone number I reached was 9899537174, and asking me to leave my name and phone number for a return call.

I view this as a form of harrassment because there is no information given to confirm the identity of the caller or the reason for the call.

That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life.

times are tough in saginaw mi so if you get this call it is probably a scam they have a lot of gangs in that area and there is a lot of crime up there the police up there is a joke and dont do anything to stop crime i moved away best thing i could have done just DON'T CALL BACK im still getting the calls to there is no way to stop them one of my friends called it back gave there info he lives there and he ended up in  the hospital from a gunshot wound but out of 6 people he was the only one that lived dont know if it is a cause of this but seems to close to the reason just dont call back please

There was a lot of background noise and the voice sounded disguised.  Returned call my mistake, but did not leave my name with them..but received same message when I called this number back, did not leave my name with them just number to call back, but they new my name by MY MAIDEN NAME! i rec'd the same phone call. went to vmail bc i didn't recognize the number. Sounded ominus. not sure if i will be calling them  back either. and yes... if the hours are 8a.m to 5 p.m. why ARE they calling at 645p.m.???

I answered call from 9899537174 just to hear a recording that sounded like the caller from move Scream., yeah deadly voice telling me its personal matter and to call back.  No way will I call.

Call came in at 645pm. Was in the shower so the call went to voice mail. The caller left a message over a min that sounded like an accidental dial from someones purse or pocket. When I called the number back they picked up and hung up.

Received a call from this number and sent it to voicemail because I did not recognize it.  The message they left was a 1 minute and 29 second recording of some kind of mechanical sounds and guns firing with an unintelligible voice in the background. Ridiculous.

Creditors, weren't bad, weren't mean, but than again I am a college student so they are used to dealing with people with no money.
