Stupid calls at all hours multiple times a day (not 1 or 2 .. More like 15-20)!! (990) 238-4283. I am on the Do Not Call List beotch!

Receive dozens of calls a week over the last year from this number and (206) 792-9855, (866) 593-2759 and many others.  All of them are the same group of foreign scammers.  Early on, they were threatening me with arrest if I didn't call back and pay a fine (?) and now they are calling to tell me that my loan is approved and they need my bank info.  There is nothing that the Do Not Call list can do to prevent this from happening.  They are obviously calling from outside of the U.S. so there is no jurisdiction that controls them.  Today, I've started taking their calls and letting them talk so I can blast an air horn into the phone.  Feels much better.

Similar conversation with someone above except he called multiple times from multiple numbers supposedly from the same company but from four different area codes.  When I mentioned that, he said he didn't call me before.  I told him to quit calling and nobody was as stupid as he was trying to pull this crap.

Just got a call from this number.  A male with a middle-eastern accent asks for personal information.  he's very hard to understand. I gave no info and asked that they stop calling me. He then gets vulgar and rude. I have been registered on the DoNotCall Registry for years now. Verifiable. I filed a complaint with the FTC, FCC and the registry itself.  I don't have a lot of confidence in the registry.

I got 5 calls today from this number, and when I asked who they were trying to reach, I was told Allah.  I blocked the number with Verizon Wireless, and, and I hope it works.

I never applied for anything that would have given out my phone number so I KNOW it was the credit card companies I have cards for.  They suck.

I do not know what is going on but a person keeps calling my cell phone asking for a beatrice. I asked the guy what is your name and a guy  said Charles Need. I asked what company are you with he said Cash Net or Cash Land USA( I couldn't understand). I said what do you want. Your loan has been pre approved do you still want it. I told him No and that I will report you.  Here is the number 3126200742. I am also getting calls from 9902384283. I have asked them to stop calling but they continue. I recieved 50 calls in one day.

A lot of people are changing their phone numbers to get away from scam callers. I just thought of something, and crazy as it is......just suppose the phone providers like T-Mobile and others have gotten together to generate these calls just so that you will change your number at a cost of course. Or maybe not.

Someone has obtained you personal information online, and using for payday loans online.  I noticed several emails in my personal account from different lenders.  Of course I just delete them, but almost as soon as they hit, my phone starts to ring pretty much none stop starting 7a.  Check your credit reports, and your bank accounts.  They have called so much, I keep my phone in off status for most of the day. PLEASE IGNORE THESE CALLS, BUT STAY ON TOP OF THINGS.

I get calls all day long from most of the above mentioned numbers and even some from +75000186607 which of course isn't a valid number.  Can't even understand the guy that calls and there is lots of noise in the background.  I think a person that had bad credit had my number previously.  I'm sick and tired of all the calls.  Happens daily.  I would like to have it stopped!

So far today the number has called twice. I do not answer numbers that are not local or not programmed into my phone so I do not know the purpose, but neither time was a message left.

Was called 10 times today from morning till almost 9 P.M. Have no idea as to why they are calling but know it is shady business because I do not have any bill collectors and have not applied for anything. I called my local police department because I felt harassed. I was advised to tell them to stop calling and that if they call again after I've asked them not to, the police would file a report. I also contacted my phone service provider and told them the issue. They suggested downloading a free phone app called "Call Blocker". I downloaded the app and added their number so I will not be bothered by them again! Hope this info is helpful. Good luck!

I do not answer any call that I do not recognize the number. If its important, they will leave a voice message.  Periodically, I get an onslaught of calls.  This period it started last Friday.  I made the big mistake in trusting an online payday loan lender last year and ever since then, I get these calls.  I am so used to them now but since its been a long time I applied for a payday loan and I still get these calls, I realize they will not stop so I have to consider changing my number.

20+ calls in less than 3 hours.  Finally started telling the person they are looking for is dead.

I have received 50 calls in the past 24 hours (!) from this and several other numbers.
Several text messages, and a text message.
They say they are calling from California Cash Advance or Quickloans America or Payday Loans.

Hung up on them only to have them call back and swear at me.
Reported the number to FCC, reported the text message to ATT.
As far as I can tell your best bet is to not answer the phone.

keep receiving a call from 990-238-4283 and a oriental gentleman says that I was approved for a payday loan and when I tell him I never applied he hangs up. They called my home 12 times in one day and even after I told him I never applied he called my home 2 more times.

I had a call from these people, one of very very many, this morning. Indian sounding man asking for my husband I said yes can I help you. He said you are not a male who are you you are a lady, I said I am his wife this is my home and my phone and we want our number put on your do not call list. He got very very hateful and hung up. Waiting for many more calls to come in it is still early in the day.

This number has called me 8 times today 7/22/13. The last time I answered and I told them that if they put me on hold I was calling the cops. He then started with the whole go ahead the number is 911 and I asked for my house phone so I could call and report being harassed and he then told me to shut up. After I told him he was not to tell me to shut up and asking what he wanted he proceed to hang up on me. The person was very rude!

This number's been calling hourly, never leaves a message, I never answer. Glad I checked here, sure wish there was a way to stop these evil callers. Wish my phone had a button to "block all calls from this number", how hard would that be? Especially when it's from an invalid area code!
