If he doesn't stop, I will have to file a complaint.

This guy calls and sends SMS even after warning of giving his number to police. He says a girl gave him my number in his dreams last night and he dreamt of it the whole night so thought of calling and checking.
I even warned him that I will report his number but he didnt stop SMSing me. I see someone else has put an exactly same complaint for same calls/SMSs from the same number which proves this person is a regular bugger.
