always give missed call & aftter receive no respond from there end

I got calls too many time from this number. but when i received nobody respond, when i call back it saying not in service.

Even i got calls from this number yesterday and when i called back it said that the services to this number has been stopped.

I too checked that No. and it sayes it's not active.

Even I got a call from this number & when we call back it says The service has been cancelled for this number.
