it's emma looking for latisha.

have rec'd 2 phone calls from emma looking for latisha.  have indicated twice that she has dialed the wrong number.  however, i continue to receive calls.
call comes from uk / isle of man / channel islands.

have since found out that it is an inter'l # 44-121-354-1914.  it comes back to uk / isle of man/ channel islands.  again it was emma looking for latisha.  i guess she forgot that this is not where latisha lives; however, it's going to get pricy for emma to keep calling and asking for latisha when latisha does not live here.  

am curious to find out if this is an inter'l scam.  does anyone know?

hello latisha, it's emma.
told "emma" she had the wrong number (which was true) and hung up.  haven't
found any info on reverse look-up as to who # belongs to.
