hi, i received call from this number too.  just remember, toll free number is only for customer to call, not for the operator calls any customer. it's surely a scam.  please be caution everyone.

i received a call on this number yesterday too, i didnt pick up

I just received a call same like what happened to Lee (i quickly search the tel.number and found that is a scam) . i told the guy that i don't know the offender & do not have the bank book, he kept quite then hang up the phone.

Crap! I got the same call. I was weary about giving my IC and number, but since I know I won't get into too much trouble giving that away, I did... but wasted my time worrying if it was genuine. Yes, I too called POS, and they confirmed that it's a spam!

Ok Inspector Micheal Tan call me... and I only ask with soft asking, whats your Police Number.... He reply : pukimak ko...

Hopefully also they cant do anything with my mobile number...

I just received a call from +1(300)300 300. I didnt manage to speak to the lady after pressing 0 as the line was cut off. Then I call back the number 1300300300 (without + infront) which is Pos Malaysia, they inform me that this is a scam call. Pos Malaysia can't call out from 1300300300. They can only call out using fixed land lines. And will always leave a notice card at the address of the mail/parcel if delivery failed. Do not give out any personal info over phone & always ask for more details to verify the caller is genuine. This scam call has been reported to the Police by Pos Malaysia.

I received the same call today believing there is a letter for me to pick up and stupidly gave my name n ic. After that told me the letter is from high court and sent to police station already. I ask which police station said at bukit aman and ask me give my phone number the police will call me. Somehow I start to feel something fishy here so instead of giving my number I ask him to give me the police number I will call to check. Then the person hung up. After checking here I m relief it is a scam, hope they can't do anything with my name and ic.

It's just happened to me. I received a phone call from +1300300300 at 14:46 and the phone operator give an instruction please press 0 for Malay. Then another person talk to me and claimed that she's from Pos Malaysia. She said that i got a PosDaftar which is unpick at Post Office.

The caller requested my full name & IC no for checking. I just give my full name but suddenly I just remember, so far if i received any PosDaftar form Pos Malaysia they never request my IC no. I asked the caller 'Are you really from Pos Malaysia?" She's said yes. But I still thinking and just silent. Suddenly the she's hang up. The I tried call back but cant get through. I call Pos Malaysia (03-27279100) the person incharge said that is scam.

Yes I received the same call 23 July 2013 from +1(300) 300-300.

Same modus operandi, given a reference 6 digit reference number and told to await the police inspector to call me.  She asked for my name and IC number as well.

received a call exactly like chan 10 minutes ago.. i remember delivering smtg to my fren.. i wonder was she talking about my failed delivery .. ><

I received call from this number. I was busy and I could not hear caller well so I just hang up.
Hope the appropriate authorities will do something about such call. Annoying

Just received 2 calls from this no. - didn't pick up as I have seen the above comments.

If by registered post, the postman would have left a card for you to personally collect from the post office,

i also receive the call this afternoon, when i anser the call that say me got 1 mail at pos office i already is scam, because i didnt have any mail or parcel delay.

This morning 20 Mac 2013 at 1058am just received missed call +1300300300.And received message for voice call.Luckily not answered it at first round.This is scam...damn..

I received a call likes everyone  here does this afternoon. Gave me a 6 digits reference number and told me IPK will contact me.

well, i got this call this morning and it is phone operator. it said that i got a letter which is undeliverable as it dont have signature from the recipient. So, if i want to talk to them then i hv to press 0 but after i press 0 the call was ended up and i couldn't call back to them so i google the +1300300300. Luckily, i read this post and found it was a scam where people want to cheat someone who really waiting their important letter like me.

I have a experience like Ivan, Tan, Alvin, 2013 just now.
I received 1300300300 at 14:08:52, I also stupid, give the Malay lady my Ic no,  they know my name at first. later on they give me a reference no. , she said the register pos is from MAHKAMAH TINGGI too. A police will call me later.
At 14:39:15 a man said he is inspector Michael Tan, said that I involved a serious case on 14/8/12, some like I involved 2 faulty transaction using faulty MBB passbook with offender Ramli Bin Yusof.
I just to worry are they using my ic to do some crimer thing?

i received a call from +1300300300 four hour ago , first i though from toll free line, after hang up phone , read carefully actually got a + plus symbol in front , usually toll free line is only for people make call in for free charge , we seldom received call from toll free ?? right?  
the content is first i heard from phone operator mention that i have a letter from pos malaysia which undeliverable , press phone 0 button for more details , after , a malay lady ask me anything , i told her i was informed a register letter from pos malaysia which was undeliverable , i ask her from where which is , she request my name and ic for checking , i m stupidly gave her and after checked she mention to me is was from MAKAMAH TINGGI , ask me to wait a call from police station later , i told her i don't understand what she talking ,after that she hang up the phone, luckily my pc behind me , i quickly goolge search and found that was a scam , after 2 minutes , incoming call from 0321460522 , 5 missed call within 10 minutes from this number , but i didn't answer it..., wasting time to listen the rubbish talk...

I have the same case as Ivan, A Malay lady told I have letter from High Court didn't collect for 3 months, asked for IC and Full name, then want to redirect the call to IPK, I hang up after that, I suspect this is a fraud.

I have case just like Ivan.

someone called me today Asiabn voice somehing about car accident - I do not have a car nor do I drive.  I hung up.    The number was simply from 030 - nothing more than that.
