I got some call from this number....where is 161 area code?

I got a call from this number and no one was there when I said Hello, but I also didn't hear a click like whoever it was on the other line was hanging up on me just because I answered. Sometimes that happens, as soon as you pick up, you hear the click. Arg! Darn these telemarketers...by answering the call, I probably just got put on a million call lists....it sure would be nice to be able to have a home phone number without all the dumb dead air phone calls during the day and evening time.
