Byond Global Transpacific (Or as they say it, Beyond Global) strike again.
Second time they have called me for the same issue I assume because they said my birth year was the same wrong one as last time.
From what I have seen they are a debt collection agency fishing for debtors by calling everyone in the phonebook with the same name.
Apparently they brought some bad debts in Australia and are trying to collect.
Last time it took speaking to a manager to get me off the call register.
Lasted 3 months.
Just got a call again today.
Went through the same process. Lets see how long this one lasts.

I had a debt with GE Money/AGC for approx 8grand ,paid half of it and these indians call all the time from transpacific. They keep threatening that they are seeking legal advice and that i need to pay the money now. Im sick and tired of them ringing. Im just over it, i finally asked today for an itemized listing of what i actually am supposed to owe, but they stalled and said that i have been paying it now for a few years and that i should know what its for. I then started to say that i have got legal advice and that i was advised im within my rights to see an itemized listing of what the debt is for and thats when he got his guard up which got my suspicious. He refused to post anything out.

NOt paying a cent.

Same keeps happening to me but they keep asking for my mum. like i dont care stop friggn ringing me.
cant find there number anywhere on the net. and it comes up with "private" on my phone anyone got any ideas

Constant phone call from TRANSPACIFIC asking for DOB of my Uncle. He said it was a personal matter and due to the "privacy act" he couldn't discuss it.
Easy to tell American Accent. I got the details so my uncle could return the call:
- Caller was from India
- Goes by the Name Henry John. I said that was an odd name for an Indian person, and he replyed that was his prefessional name.
- They advised that when my uncle returns the call, to quote his referrence number, which they gave.

I was trying to get as much details as possible from them. So every person they try and scam has a reference number.

if transpacific/byond global call you just hand up and give them no information what so ever!!!!! they are a scam in india! do not pay them a cent!they will take your money and run! they say they are a debt collection agency but refuse to send any mail detaling the debt they just want you to put the money in there account!! and if you are silly enough to pay them you will get no confirmation what so ever that a debt has been finalised! even if they get aggressive and continue calling etc just hang up!! they hope that if they keep harressing you that you will just pay them to go away!!! dont fall for this scam!!!!!!!

I had a debt with GE that was then refered to "Beyond Global Transpacific". So in January of 2004 I paid the debt to them. I have now tried to obtain a loan but cant, as 'Beyond Global' refuse to update my credit report and we are now in 2009!!!!!!!
I have called them numerous times and always end up with some clueless Indian who doesnt seem to know what the heck he is doing. They refuse to email me the confirmation of the debt being paid into their bank account. I now have to go through a long process of proving that the debt was paid.
SO IF ANYONE FINDS THEMSELVES IN THIS SITUATION...........please contact the original debt company and ask to pay them directly instead of "beyond global". They may just take your money and run too

caller by the name of sam called and wonted a relitives number i ask him how he got my number and he said he got it under my brothers name i said well he doesnt live here and my number is a silent number i asked him what it was in regards and he said that he couldn't disclose personal information but he needed his number i got angry and said no i wasnt giving the number to them and hung up give up and make your money some other way instead of harrasing inocent people

Caller from India keeps asking for my sons mobile number, wont tell me what its about just says it is business, calls every day at all hours.  I have just received another call and finally got the phone number and she said she was from Beyond Global?  The call comes up as a private number.

Please..!!!Someone help me get these scamers off my back....They tell me I owe them money via credit card company that doesn't even exist in Australia. All the above procedures.....date of birth, adress, etc, all of which are incorrect. Get this....they want ME to deposit over $1000 into their account....HELLO!!!!! I have spoken to my local police and they inform me that they are unable to do anything until my accounts are tampered with. I have told them (Beyond Global) to issue me with a writ and we will settle this matter in court. They hang up in frustration. A few days later the circus starts again.

I have received several calls to my home phone (which have gone to voicemail) from a Thomas (Indian accent) telling me to call them back as 'beneficial' for me to do so. They also give me a reference to quote when callback. I haven't called them back. I am listed on the 'do not call' register, so I wondering why am I getting such calls?

I have also received voicemail messages to call this number. They call from a private number. If I answer their calls, they keep asking for my date of birth and then get angry when I dont provide it. I reckon its some kind of scam. Wish they would just stop calling!!

Recieved 3 calls within 10 minutes asking for someone I am related too so I am assuming it is the last name they are calling for!!! The calls appear as private numbers and through the very strong indian accept they sell themselves as Global Direct. They left a messag with a reference number asking me to call a 1800 number as quickly as possible because it was very important. I decided to call them back and tell them it was not me and to leave me alone... we will wait to see if they continue!!!

My husband has received around 15 call from these idiots. They keep asking him to confirm birth bate and saying if he does not tell them "he will only be making his past problems worse" i  and the have even spoken to them and told them what they are doing is illegal and we will change our number only to be told that they will find it again!!! We dont care if we change our number because we are wireless and use mobiles 99% of the time. Our wireless home number is unlisted anywhere other than with the carrier?? do you know how to stop them??? they are calling everyday and even after being told to clear the curry out of their ears and stop calling, they threaten to continue calling untill they get to information they want

Bloody Indians calling up asking for personal details telling me it would benefit me.  Sorry, I don't give my personal details to anyone in the current climate, especially a rude Indian chick on 25cents an hour....

Had 4 calls from the same crowd. Very pushy, aggressive and threatening when I didn't give them what they wanted.
This time I demanded a name, company and ph number.

Hmmmm me thinks I'm going to invest in a very LOUD whistle....

We have been receiving clls fro several weeks from a company called Beyond global askingfor me to confirm my birth date. At the start it was an Indian sounding lady that I could not understand but layely it has changed to Steven Blade.
