They are a manufacturing company out of dallas tx who makes debit/credit card machines. They are calling (Harrassing) businesses to find the Owner so they can set up an appointment for their sales rep to meet with them to show them their 15 minute lap top presentation and sell them a machine.

Mike.. that is scary.. I just received a call from 302-394-9584 Park Central PR and just ignored the call. I guess this will go on my call block. Someone wrote it was Merchants Services. I have no idea why these telemarketers keep calling people that apparently aren't going to be scammed. Guess they like to play games. Perhaps every call that goes thru they get $$?? Who knows.. stop answering the calls. :)

Caller ID read 1-302-394-9584 and 3023949584 for name.  Caller said he worked for Park Central and wanted to schedule a meeting on Monday, but would not tell me what about.  He then asked to confirm our address.  I hung up on him.  Normally this would end here, but I got a call about 2 minutes later, Caller ID reading 201-215-1788 and 5102 for the name.  This new caller said that she was with Park Central Company and wanted to confirm our address.  She also noted that we had been disconnected before.
I asked her to confirm her company and address and she hung up.

They called twice today and I found out they are calling from Hackensack, NJ. I looked in the yellow pages to see what state is the number coming from.

Asked for owner, hung up when told not available.

I am actually a sales rep with said company, I may be new but even I know that some stuff shouldn't be happening, but they are just trying to do their jobs, and so am I. i am hired in as an independent contractor for this company but the are not scammers they are a real business just trying to lower cost of processing payments.

i work at the call center in iegrand prar right now.its reallly funny to see you people get so mad at such little things. your lives must be horrible..



by the way us "telemarketers" make more money than 90% of you "businessowners"

I actually work at CPC as a Marketing Rep. (im one of the people that call small business owners like yourself). If your wondering why we dont leave messages it is because there is no message to leave, and we do not have direct lines to call us back at. We are on an automatic dialer and we get our info. from the SMALL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION. So if we call and ask for the wrong person it is not our fault, its your own for not updating the info. Also, when we call and your rude and just hang up or yell were going to keep calling because it is our butts if we take you off the list for being close minded. Maybe if you would just listen and politely say "Well to tell you the truth, im really not interested."

The #s that show up on your caller id is not a leading line, its a dial out # only.

Well, if you are beth castro from seattle,washington or vancouver,canada...Why are you so surpised when somebody will call you bec you like to have a long distance relationship via e mail,telephone to a married man.You even like to give yourself an aliases when calling the wife as yaneth sugbu,cristina ho or brenda tuma.You even pretend to be a $ 5 million millionair and a trader, or a nurse but in reality you are a maid in Vancouver,Canada.

Luckily, my phone has a "block this number" function, so I blocked them.

A call this afternoon!! I'm glad I looked a little deeper into this...it was not answered.

I keep getting calls from this number ,most times dont answer ,today I did and they hung up ,I called them back and got answer service ,I told them not to call ,We'll see how it goes

called again this afternoon....they asked for someone who's never been here......I wish they would stop!!!

We have been continuously receiving phone calls from your company from some one wanting to speak to the owner of the business.

The people who call are very pushy and refuse to accept "I am not interested" as a response. The only way to get rid of them is to hang up on them. I realize that everyone is trying to get as much business as they possibly can right now, however cold calling is the most annoying form of marketing! Do you actually believe that people are sitting at their desks with nothing to do, waiting for a company to call and offer a product that they are not even in the market for? Even if I was in the market for your services, I certainly wouldn't set up an appointment with a random stranger of a company that I have never heard of, I would look for a referral from another business owner. If I set up an appointment with every cold caller who called me, I would get no sleep! BUSINESES HATE COLD CALLERS! Therefore the cold calling is having an opposite effect of what you want, you have already annoyed me so I would never seek you out for your services now. Please do us all a favor and look for a less annoying way to market!

I am emailing you demanding you take us off of your calling list! If you do not do so we will take further action.

I understand that you guys are just doing your jobs, I am not someone who yells at telemarketer because I do realize that you guys are just doing your job, but I HAVE said to them very politely "I am not interested" and they reply with "will wednesday work for you to set up an appointment?". What part of I am not interested is not understood? Hanging up is the only option I am left with because you guys want your way and are not willing to accept no as an answer.

Got a call earlier today and I told them I was not interested so the guy says "will wednesday work for you for an appointment?" Again, I told him again I was not interested and he said "well you dont have to buy anything, you can just have the information for future knowledge". Again I said I was not interested and he kept talking so finally my only option was to hang up on him. A couple hours later I get a call from a man who starts off with the same line as the guy before and then says "so you'll be getting some information from us". I told him that I was not interested and he said that they guy that called earlier marked it down wrong. Do these guys work on commission or something? What part of NOT INTERESTED is so complicated??

To the people who supposedly "work" for this company - they don't even know the name of the owner of the company, they just ask for "the owner." And I highly doubt you make more than the owner of our company - he is quite wealthy, and no longer works in the office besides the occasional meeting anyway. This isn't even our corporate location, just the first location.

I agree that cold calling is most likely a very inefficient way to get business. We do not even take credit cards (we work on PO's only, paid by company check) so you are completely wasting our time by calling here! Also, I think Angie Gonzalez has more problems than telemarketers, LOL.

BTW, you do not make me angry at all. I wish I could do the whistle thing, but I am at the front desk of a decent sized company so it might look/sound a little... funny, and I'd probably get in trouble. I would pretend to be the owner but I run a busy switchboard and don't have time to let them get into their speil (not spill, people!) All righty then, cheerio!

Called and asked for "Joseph."  I told her there is no "Joseph" here (there really isn't!) and she said  "Thank you" and hung up.

My wife has a technique of forwarding these calls to the automated bus schedule phone number ,basically that number has an automated voice that reads off bus schedules for Denver ,we basically forward all these type calls to that number .
