Over the last 3 weeks I've been receiving calls from a wide variety of numbers that all list people's names but when you call the number back you can't get through.  They are all associated with Card Member Services.  From what I understand they were getting a lot of FCC complaints against their normal number so they've started spoofing other numbers (which is VERY illegal).  I wish there was a way to shut these people down!  My number is unlisted and unpublished and I don't own a single credit card so they have no business calling me but they do. All hours of the night!

Received call at 9:52 am. Called back and received a "none working number" recording. I am also on a do not call list and this is my cell phone. Likely, fallout from the whole Target debacle.

Got a call just now, no message.  Argh!

Just got a call 10:51 am EST. left no voicemail.

Got a call 10:45, didn't answer since I didn't know it, but they didn't leave a voicemail and I'm on the no call list.

Just received a recorded message when answered.  Suspect they are masking their real number with the 201 area code phone number.

Received a call at 10:13AM from this number.  Did not answer and no message was left.

Got a call from this number at 10:25. I did not answer and they did not leave a voice mail.

Just got a call on CELL from this number. Something about lowering credit card rates. Does not name the company.

Called at 9:07am. Called it back and got busy signal

A reverse phone site said the owner of the number resides in Florida at Darlington Oak Dr NE st petersburg fl. Bizarre.

Called me at 9:50am. to my cell phone, no message left....called back from a blocked number, they do not accept calls from blocked numbers...

Got call on my cell phone at 9:16 am.  no message left.

I got a call on my cell phone from this number at 9:24am.  I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it.  No voicemail.

Received call from an autodialer on my cell phone at 9:05.  Recording stated that the call was from Credit Card Services, but did not disclose what bank's credit card department they were calling from.  Mostly likely spam or scam.
