This number called me twice in a 5 minute span. First time I was on the line and didn't use call waiting. I then hung up and it started ringing again immediately. I have caller ID and if it's not anyone I know, i let it go to voicemail. They just hung up afterwards.

A caller identifying himself as 'Brad' stated a computer from my address was sending some sort of signal and needed to be cleaned immediately. He was of course willing to walk me through it step by step. When I asked where he was calling from he stated Cyber Support and became frustrated. I then hung up on him.

When asked what company..they hung up. Next time I will hit *57 (Cableone) and Cableone will trace back the location for Cableone tech. They can block the number from the entire system and take further actions if needed.

This is a telemarketer, or otherwise unwelcome caller.

I also got the call(s).  When he explained there was an issue with my computer I asked him if that was the little thing on the desk with like a small TV screen, he said yes, I said does it have like a tray with numbers and letters on it, he said yes, I said does it have like a big box with lights and cords, he said yes, and got very excited, I said oh, I don't have one of those, he got very pissed called me a couple of names and hung up.  My husband got the call today, my husband is much nicer than I am, he said we are on the do not call list and please take us off of their list.  My husband was informed that "I won't take you off the list, I will call anytime I like as many times a day as I want and don't you dare hang up on me"  Seriously?

Thanks to  this post I now know NOT to answer this call again.  I answered before looking it up and since there was a long pause, I did not wait until someone responded. Thanks to everyone for posting so I know not to answer next time.

Had a call from this number 201-234-3503said they were microsoft windeows and that we had viruses on our computer and they needed to fix them.  My daughter was home and opened the file they told er to open and now we are stuck taking our computer to a trustworthy reopair person and hoping they didn't steal any of our personal information.

This number called but I did not answer.

Got a call from these same idiots.  Tried to tell me my computer was messed up.  I told them they had called an AT&T business phone and that nothing was wrong with my computer and then he proceeded to call me a few choice names. So tired of this.

it's called call spoofing,  and for some reason it is legal for them to use a non-existant phone number to fool you into answering it.

Same Complaint as everyone, They say in very broken English that you have a virus and need to log into your computer
They are rude when you do not comply.

I've had about five calls (so far) from these folks.  Since I do not recognize the phone number (201-234-3503) or the person (Unavailable [how creative]) I do not answer.  Since they supposedly have asian sounding accents, I wouldn't want to talk with them anyway.

The guy had started blabbing away and with the strong accent, I couldn't understand him. So I said "I can't understand your gibberish".  He said "I am calling about your computer" and I said "I don't have a computer".  He said "someone at this number has a computer" and I said "No, no one here has a computer".  lol!!!!   "Go away A-hole!"

Guy called. Said his name is Dave. (Sounded Pakistani or Indian, with a lot of background, call center kind of noise.) He said something about Microsoft (like maybe he's working for them - yeah, right!) and that my computer's infected.  He was mostly sort of polite, except when he said something about inserting a certain male body part into my mouth - uh, no thanks!  I ignored it, as if I didn't catch it, and proceeded to quiz him about this incredible information about my computer.  No way was I going to turn on my computer for him!
He eventually said the company is Cyber Support and their toll free number (yeah, as if I'm gonna call these guys and turn my computer over to them) is 800-345-6007. I Googled that number and it came up on countless seemingly unrelated sites, like maybe they're the publisher of everyone's technical manuals?  Clever, Dave, very clever!

It would be wonderful if someone could make a program that would put viruses into their computer when you go to the web site they direct you to go to. This would be such sweet revenge. When they call me, which they keep doing, I tell them this would be impossible to get into my computer since I do not have one. They hang up very fast. For other phone scam calls anyone might get, ask them for      THEIR NAME     COMPANY NAME      SS#        CREDIT CARD #        PHONE #     Because you must check them out to make sure they are  a legal company. When you ask these questions their response will make you laugh!!!! Time to turn the tables and fight back the best way we can. Good luck!!!

Got severl calls from 201-234-3503.  Missed the first couple.  Finally answered.  Said they were from CYBER-something and that they were working with Microsoft.  Said something wrong with my computer and they wanted to log on.  I saidWwhat proofe\ do you offer?"  Their response was that I was a fools' onkey.  I told them to F#@$ off and hung up.

A subject with Indian accent call me From this number and he try to access to my computer.He is a scam and must be stopped by authorities.

another call that they say they work for microsoft, I have security problem and they need to take control of computer to fix. I ask which computer are they referring to, they start to get a little flustered, they say they work for microsoft; I asked "do you kiss your mother with that mouth" I am cussed out, I started laughing and hung up

They called me too. Told them I no longer had that computer. The man ask what happen to the computer. I replied I sold that computer. The man replied back, that was illegal to sell the computer.

These people are about as stupid as a box of rocks trying to enter an air show in order to do stunts for fame and fortune.

Same story as everyone else.  Indian accent; lady.  Just be smart enough to know NEVER give up control of your PC to someone you don't trust.  I have done this with legit tech people & they literally take over our PC and could find anything.
It's a shame there are no authorities that deal with this.  I've tried calling local police.  You could even call up to New Jersey, where the number is from & they can't do anything.

Have gotten many calls from 201-334-3503.  The first couple of times I didn't answer it. A couple of times I did answer it there was just background Then  I answered it last night, went straight to a recording and it said thank you for calling and then there was a beep.  Tonight my husband answered it.  The guy "Nick" right away said "Are you being a bi***?" "Are you being a d****ead" and "F***you".  We called our telephone provider to have that number blocked, they obliged us.  The phone company will follow up tomorrow to see if they call us from any of the other numbers.  

I receive 1 to 4 calls from these idiots, each and every day. When I answer, there is no response from them. I usually say hello 2 to 3 times and they hang up. It's annoying and frustrating.

Just got a call from these guys...201-234-3503.  Distinct indian accent.  He gave me the line about "virus infecting my computer..." and such.  I asked him if he was talking about a PC or a Mac.  He said PC.  I don't own a PC...only Macs.  He hung up!

Keep getting calls during the day with no one home, but I see all the missed calls, no messages left. I am also on the do not call list.
